"Went to this Peets coffee shop and while one worker looked confused stuck just standing there while helping guy in front of me, another worker just stood there doing nothing in front of another register while line forming. Then, the idle workersuddenly wakes up and asks what I want. I order a black coffee large that costs $3.60 according to menu on wall, but he says$3.69 is due, Its only 9 cents extra I say, but where does the extra 9 cents come from? He says I dont really know Then a smugyoung girl walks over and I ask same question, where did the extra 9 cents come from? Its just the principle of the issue. Shejust shrugs her sholders and makes a face. What a slow, overpriced, rude place. I could go to Burger King or a 7-11 and getmore friendly and swift service than Peets. Im through here."
