"This was my second visit, and I’ll definitely be back. The oxtail was delicious, though I usually could’ve eaten two servings. Keep in mind, the portion doesn’t have a lot of meat since tail bones are quite large, as you’d expect from beef tails. In my opinion, the $9 upcharge for oxtail as a protein option isn’t really worth it—but I love it, so I treated myself. No complaints about anything else on the menu. The banana pudding comes in a container similar to a half-size cottage cheese tub, topped with Nilla wafers. I think the spice is cardamom, with maybe a hint of nutmeg, since it doesn’t have a strong banana flavor, though it’s tasty. There’s a layer of sweet-spiced plantain at the bottom (not hot at all). All the chicken varieties I’ve tried are tender and full of flavor. Take the heat rating on the menu seriously—jerk chicken is spicy. The fresh sauces are all delicious, and the pineapple coleslaw is a bit sweeter than typical coleslaw but works well with the spicy Jamaican food. I had a dinner box that was packed so full the lid barely closed."
