"On Mondays, you may enjoy one conventional wing for free. The majority of the wings were decent, but they could have used a little more sauce, especially the buffalo wings I had, which had no sauce at all. The food arrived around the time they said it would. The fried pickles were delicious."

"I only ate at Timothy and it's an incredible experience. The waiter was on top and my server Jack was so real and on top... the food was incredible!!!! I ordered the ribeye with sweet potato bags and broccoli and the sweet potato bags were some of the best I ever had while the steak came out in time and boiled to a perfect medium rare temperature. I would totally love to dip the note in a powder sugar or caramel sauce, but they were themselves delicious!!"

"Worst experience in a restaurant to date. Drinks for 5 took 45 minutes to arrive. Main course came before appetizers and they had to take it back. Appetizers were cold when arrived when they were supposed to be hot. Their signature prime rib steak was below average and sides were cold. Food was not good and not prepared on time and appropriately. Will never visit again and would not recommend to anyone I know. The team that runs the restaurant should be embarrassed and would be good candidates for Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant makeover shows."

"I'm really disappointed with the decline in quality at Hibiscus. The food has gotten worse, and they keep raising the prices. Recently, my dad, who has been buying fried rice from there for years, had a terrible experience with stale and cold rice. It made him sick for a whole week. I strongly advise against eating there because the quality has seriously gone down, and it can be a risk to your health. The restaurant has a dirty and cramped atmosphere, and the staff is always rude and inattentive. Hibiscus used to be the best West Indian restaurant in Queens Village, but now it's not doing well. It's important not to support a place that serves bad and old food. I also found out that the restaurant received nine violations from the New York State Health Department on January 25, 2023. These violations include things like not having the proper food safety certification, not properly cleaning food contact surfaces, having evidence of mice, not maintaining proper food temperatures, and not keeping the establishment free from pests. They also had issues with dishwashing and sanitization of utensils and equipment."

"We spent week visiting North Shore for our honeymoon and experienced lots of places up and down the coast. Pickwicks was by far the best!! Our server Val was quick to give us some cool info and help us decide on everything from drinks to food! Best in Duluth for sure. The food was 20/10 recommend and wish it was closer so we can go back. We had the spinach artichoke dip and literally the most tasty and satisfying appetizer ever. We got the ribeye and the shrimp dinner and hands down the best food we had the entire trip. So, Kudos to the chef/cooks also!!!"

"Restaurant did not honor our open table reservation. Our party was the only group at the host stand for about 15 minutes yet we could not be accommodated. Looking around, the guests at the tables looked unattended (empty drink glasses, folks searching for their waiters). After mentioning we’d been waiting to be seated after 10+ minutes, the hostess commented “we are a very busy restaurant” and brushed us off. We left and grabbed a bite to eat at Whole Foods."

"I visited this restaurant with a large group of friends for a bachelorette brunch, and overall, it was decent for accommodating a big party in NYC. However, there were a few significant issues. For instance, the waiter forgot my order even though I was the first to order, and my meal arrived about 10 minutes after everyone else's. I ordered the crab eggs benedict, which I was really looking forward to, but unfortunately, the crab was cold, and the poached eggs were overcooked with hard yolks instead of the expected soft and runny texture. While the fries were hot, they were quite bland and underseasoned. I'm not sure how others felt about their meals, but perhaps the large group size was a factor in the service. I would be open to coming back and giving it another try, but I'm not overly eager to do so."

"My boyfriend and I went to have a good time to eat. We both sat down got our drinks and then started putting food in our bowls. My boyfriend started pushing the food down just a bit to fit the noodles and the lady yelled at him to not do that because it’ll make it “difficult” for the cooks. He still did it and the cook said it was fine it does nothing difficult for them. Then we sat down and started eating and asked me if I wanted a refill I said yes politely. Then she came back and my boyfriend asked if he could have a refill politely as well. And she totally ignored him and went to attend another person for a refill then my boyfriend had said that was rude to me loud enough for her to hear. Then she comes back and aggressively grabs the cup to refill it. It was more ice than the drink which was a bit annoying. But the customer service was absolutely horrible and disappointing. The cooks were very nice and polite the food was great but the waitress was straight up rude. This was a bad experience with the way she acts towards customers. We’re paying for the food and good customer service. We sure as hell didn’t want to pay for that rude act but we did and didn’t want to start anything else."

"They don't often have vegan options except during restaurant week, and the handful of meals that I've had here were not good. For example, the tofu scramble brunch option was disgusting. It has almost no seasoning other than way too much turmeric, and the tofu was in big chunks, not scrambled. Wouldn't choose this over the many great vegan friendly spots in the area."

"When it's hot and muggy outside, I'm usually not in the mood for foods that are heavy on the palate or the belly. So I opted for the California Fields Salad, packed full of watermelon chunks and sliced strawberries, feta cheese, fresh basil and California pistachios with champagne vinaigrette. This salad was just what the summer heat ordered. Refreshingly light and satisfying!"

"This was my partner and I's first time dining at this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We kicked off the evening with some delicious cocktails and the coconut shrimp appetizer, which is our favorite. I ordered the macadamia-crusted snapper, and it was fantastic! I could tell my partner was a bit envious of my choice since he ordered a burger, thinking it was a safer bet, but he admitted later that he should have tried the fish instead. For dessert, we shared the key lime pie, which was also wonderful. Our waiter was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our evening. We'll definitely be coming back!"

"Tried this place for the first time. The salmon salad with the bbq burger, truffle fries and a hot fudge desert were all to die for. Food was phenomenal. Ordered two cocktails which were carefully crafted to perfection. Eric our server was impressive, he really went above and beyond for us. Ambience is a chill laid back environment with a cool bar and stage for live music. I highly recommended tuning fork, rating this establishment 5 stars. Thank you Eric and staff for a truly wonderful experience Xo we will def be returning :"

"error rate up to 80% started with a 75% error rate, went to 80% and then to 85% error rate in errors made to my pickup orders last year. I originally never checked my orders, but every time I came home, I noticed something was missing. I accuse myself not to check before leaving, but how hard is it to get a simple wing / rider / nachos order right? missing fires, false wing sauce, forget carrots / ranch dressing, 2 orders of boneless instead of one and one, failing to give me reward points, adding things to my order that I did not want, etc. seriously, how uncompetent can these people be? I have even stopped ordering online because of the mistakes and ordering only in person now, but still they do. I have recently been informed that another regional manager has taken over so that hopefully the dinge will improve (they cannot get worse). below are the updates since my original review:Update 8/14/22. like the clockwork they forget the ultimate afteros with my order, but for the luck this time I checked. error rate now at 80%Update: 9/11/22. this time my big pommes were missing. now error rate at 85% omt, 3 bites for 40 wings and 3 pieces celery. platz is the worst update: 10/2/22. It could be that they finally learned. my order was perfect with all the things I ordered, including. Maybe it's a sign of things to come. we just need to see the worst management ever!"

"Literally will try to charge you a different price every time you come in. Trying to charge per pound for a chopped sandwich instead of the listed price. Watch when they hand you the card reader. Literally tried to charge me 11.50 for a hero listed at 8.50A few days ago they overcharged me and made up a story. the last time they charged me $8. Idk who’s running this store but the employees need to be aware per pound is FOR A POUND OF MEAT. They’re inconsistent and then lie when asked about the pricingI’ve been coming here for many years but they are really playing games, if the price isn’t right then fix it or charge me what’s listed.Do yourself a favor and go to Pronto a block away"
