"I always order the #6 Roast Beef and Provolone, and I have to say, the bread is always fresh. The roast beef and provolone are of excellent quality, along with the cheese. This sub is made with care and is consistently great. I often interact with the staff at Jersey Mike's Subs, and they are always cheerful, courteous, and helpful. Now, when I call, they remember me, which feels really nice."

"I often visit Jersey Mike's locations throughout the country, and the food is consistently good. However, this particular location has a manager who comes across as quite arrogant and makes up his own rules and prices. He is unwilling to allow even basic substitutions and is generally unpleasant. When I asked why other Jersey Mike's locations can make substitutions, he simply claimed that they were all wrong. This is now the third time I've had a negative experience with this manager. Each time, he has been unhelpful, so I will be avoiding this location in the future."
