"Firstly, when I made a reservation through OpenTable, I wasn't informed of a fixed Valentine's Day menu. I specifically wanted an outdoor table, but when we arrived, we were presented with a set menu. Unfortunately, many items on that menu were unsuitable for us due to health reasons. Had I known there was a fixed menu, I likely wouldn't have chosen to book with them.
Secondly, when we inquired about an à la carte menu, we were taken to a bar area, which was surprising. We were there to celebrate Valentine's Day, not to sit at a bar. Thankfully, a very gracious lady helped us find a table inside the restaurant, even though we hadn’t reserved it. We appreciated her assistance.
On a positive note, the food was enjoyable, but the drinks left something to be desired. While some of the staff provided good service, I wasn't impressed with the management. I recommend that if you have a fixed menu for special occasions, you should post it on OpenTable for customers making reservations through that platform."
