"It kills me to post this review because this has always been one of my favorite restaurants, but the service has gone so far downhill I probably won’t be returning. Last time we ordered on UberEats, they completely forgot one of the pizzas. Wasn’t the fault of the driver or the app, they just forgot to make it. Now, I make sure to order and pick up in person, but it takes forever to get ahold of someone over the phone, and then when you go to pick up your order, it’s not ready and is a very long wait. The staff aren’t even apologetic and it’s horrible. Food is still good but I can’t take the service issues anymore."

"Nice place for kids on the weekend. But service and food aren’t commensurate with the prices. $18 for a solo pizza with oversized crusts doesn’t really cut it. There’s no clear process for getting a table, you just have to hope for the best. Check in process was total chaos. But free ping pong and a kid friendly atmosphere is really good."

"Wow. Where's the option for zero stars when you need it? It was such a disappointing experience. As soon as we walked in, it felt like the staff really didn’t want our business. The cashier didn’t even look up from her computer to acknowledge my wife. Then, a staff member from the back yelled out about the pick-up and delivery times, and instead of helping, she complained loudly about how many people were dining in. Umm, maybe it's because you run a restaurant and we’re hungry? I’m sure the owner would love to know how his employees are treating customers."
