"However, when I received the pork loin, there was hardly any stuffing—it was more like a sprinkle than a proper filling. After just 1 hour and 30 minutes of cooking, the thermometer indicated it was done at 160 degrees, but since we had planned for a longer cooking time, the entire meal was thrown off and nearly ruined. I paid a premium for the meat and even incurred a service charge on my credit card.
While my goal was to support a local business, I opted for Iavarrone instead, who boasts a 5-star rating compared to this one’s 3.5 stars. They are pricier, charging $10.99 for ground meat while other butchers generally charge between $6 and $7.99 per pound. A pound and a half of ground meat cost me $18.15, which is quite steep for a senior citizen.
As a local business, they should have taken my call and disappointment seriously. Moving forward, I’ll choose Primavera or Iavarrone for my future needs."
