"I always enjoy visiting this restaurant, but my experiences are quite disappointing whenever Sabrita, or whatever her name is, is our waitress. The other day, we approached the only available booth in the dining area, which was dirty. We didn't mind waiting for it to be cleaned, so I told my husband that we could sit there. However, the waitress came over, collected the cups and ticket left on the table, handed us her rag, and told us we could clean the table ourselves before walking away. It was clear she didn't want to assist us from the start. Thankfully, Nick came over and he was fantastic! This isn't the first time I've encountered Sabrita’s rude and unhelpful demeanor. She really shouldn’t be in customer service if she can't maintain a positive attitude."
