"So...as we decided to find food during Hurricane Ida....most roads were flooded we were headed back home saw the open sign at this local business...so we stopped in sadly they were closed however the guys David Eugene were so kind to offer Uber deliveries that weren't picked up. We gladly took them he only charged us minimal that right there was so kind. The food was nice hot when we got home very yummy. Visit this local establishment if you get the chance...we had anti pasta, sausage onions peppers sub grilled chicken zucchini wrap fries. We bought a container of baklava. Which was yummy. Thanks again guys."

"Food is good. Service was fast but the attendant was not too friendly. I asked him a question about the additions to the sandwich (no onions were added to the sandwich, correct? and he didn't seem to want to answer. I asked him a second time and he nodded which left a lot for interpretation. I noticed he used the same gloves to prepare our sandwich as he did to ring up at the register and handle money previously. They need to teach their employees sanitary skills. I left that place feeling very uncomfortable."

"I was hesitant to try Manhattan Bagel at first because it's a chain restaurant. Growing up in the area, I had always frequented local bagel shops. However, I recently gave MB a try and have since become a fan. While I still prefer supporting local businesses, I appreciate the convenience of Manhattan Bagel. One of the advantages is the option to order through their app and pick up, which is great for busy days. My favorite item is the farmhouse bagel, which features grilled egg, bacon, ham, cheddar, and country pepper cream cheese on a cheesy hash brown gourmet bagel. The cheesy combination is delicious! I also enjoy the lox on an everything bagel with capers at MB. Additionally, their coffee is quite good."

I was fortunate enough to receive 300 bagels from them one morning, which I immediately distributed to various groups and organizations in the community. "Placed an order via phone almost 30 minutes before pickup. Had to wait 25 more minutes AFTER we reached and asked to pick the order up. The staff started making it AFTER we told her we had placed online order. This is on a weekday afternoon. Overpriced as well in my opinion. "The place is clean and organized, food is fresh and the staff is really nice, the young guys are respectful and quick, specially Gio, she is the best over there! She is always on point with the orders and good service.I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the manager on weekends, she is rude, never smiles to clients and more than twice i saw how she screams across the room to the employees make them feel humiliate, it is just unacceptable and disturbing when you're trying to have a peaceful break there.Other than that this place is my favorite!"
