"Had a wonderful evening at Bolonga Via Cucina! Mt husband and I were looking for somewhere new to try and we’re so glad we made reservations here. We were sat in the back dining room, which had great ambiance. There were families, a birthday party and couples dining, but the room still felt intimate and cozy (I will say I wouldn’t want to sit in the crammed front bar area and glad we sat in the back). The service was attentive yet not rushed, and our server Julie took care of us very well throughout the meal. They have a great bar selection, and my husband particularly enjoyed the Italian Old Fashioned while I had a glass of Malbec. Everything we ordered was delicious with generous portions. The Caesar salad was on point and the bread was the best I’ve been served at a restaurant in a long time. Our favorite dish was the chicken Parmesan ; the cavatappi funghi was also flavorful. The tiramisu was fresh and divine. We usually skip desert and so glad we didn’t this time. We will definitely be back to try more of their creative Italian menu. Highly recommend!"
