"I tried the half and half platter with green beans and baked beans. The ribs were delicious, with one side covered in a hot BBQ sauce that had a great kick to it. The restaurant's interior could use some updating, but it has its charm as the original location. While it was a bit inconvenient that the restrooms were out of order, there are port-a-potties available outside.
The flavor of the ribs was fantastic, featuring a beautiful smoke ring, and the meat was very tasty. The BBQ sauces were good; I particularly enjoyed the spicy one, as I'm a fan of heat, but the mild option was also quite enjoyable. The sides, however, were somewhat underwhelming. The green beans were a bit bland, but their vinegar BBQ sauce really brought out the flavor. The hot BBQ sauce also complemented the baked beans nicely. Overall, it was a solid dining experience!"
