"This bakery is frankly a staple of Polson itself, and holds a special place in my heart due to familial bond. My grandmother worked here for a majority of her life, and was even the woman who made the recipe for the Indian Tacos that they serve on Wednesday's. Each time I've come in, I feel at home, and we're (my fiancé and I), waited on with diligence and respect. The inside is a seat yourself accommodation, and so as long as you find a place to sit, (as it's usually full), you'll be seen in ample time and your order will be taken swiftly. The wait time on food is never too long, and their sweet treats are perfect to finish off any meal. While I wish they could stay open longer, I also appreciate the time frame they're open, as it makes for a perfect place to stop by and grab breakfast or lunch with those you care about. Not to mention, I always feel immensely respected whenever I go there, which coming from someone like me, it's difficult to find sometimes. "

"Today was 50 cent corn dogs at Sonic. We waited in the drive thu for 15 minutes just to place our order and we were only 2nd in line to order. After 10 minutes of waiting, the car in front of us got tired of waiting and left without ordering. After finally being able to place our order, we waited another 10 minutes to pay and get our corn dogs. After all that waiting we finally had our food and jumped on the interstate to head home. When my daughter pulled a corn dog out of the bag, we were so disappointed to see that every single corn dog (8 of them) were burned, busted open and very dry. We were so extremely disappointed! At this point we're already on the interstate and didn't have the time to drive to the next exit, go back, and wait who knows how long for them to resolve the issue. This was a complete waste of our time and very disappointing. I could've just gone to Kroger and picked up some frozen corn dogs myself and cooked them in the oven for the exact same price, less of a wait, and they wouldn't have been burned... The worse part about the whole visit is that Sonic's corndogs are all individually wrapped, so whoever packed our bag knew every single corndog was burned as they continued to wrap them! Just plain pathetic! Extremely disappointing!!!!!"

"This isn’t the first or even second time I’ve been disappointed with my food, but with the price of food nowadays, I’m tired of paying for something I can’t eat. Ordered cheese fry’s, there was literally only 2 edible fry’s, the rest looked like what you’d leave behind in your fryer at home. Sure wouldn’t put it in front of a guest. This order wasn’t something that should have even gone out to a customer. Were paying full price, and should not get some rock hard, Grease filled See-through fry, When they melt the cheese on the top, they think it’s acceptable. I’m not sure what the issue is when it comes to sonic making fries, They need to stop sending out fry’s they wouldn’t eat, and cold fry’s, who wants cold fry’s. I get it sometimes things happen, But we pay way too Much for food, It’s not unreasonable to expect your cheese fry’s to come out at least warm, not the ones you made an hour ago, with all the nasty fry’s left over in the bin, you know you wouldn’t even eat., Pictures don’t show the hardness, or how some were even flat. This is what’s left after picking through for the decent ones, really unacceptable. The carhop was great! Just the ones back in the kitchen, not right now many times they’ve given out nasty food, I’m sure not gonna complain so they give me some spit on food and return. But this is getting ridiculous. It’s every single time. and then no one answers the phone, I’m not about to load kids up to go back."

"Last night, I went to your restaurant to pick up some shakes for my family, but my car battery died on me. A young man there, who was wearing glasses (I regret not getting his name), generously offered to help me jump-start my car. He even returned afterward to see if everything was alright once the car was running again. You have some wonderful employees, and thanks to this young man's kindness, I will definitely be visiting your restaurant more frequently."

"Great hot, fresh food with fast service. I went back today for lunch. Although they were busy, my order was taken quickly. I had the Double Meat Meal Cheeseburger and small fries, which were hot and freshly cooked. It was very good, and I’ll be returning soon—you should give it a try. Today, I also ordered a small Oreo Sonic Blast. It was delicious, though a bit pricey for the size. I visited again for a Sonic Cheeseburger Combo. It was very busy, and I had to wait about 20 minutes, but the food was hot and fresh when I received it. I’ll definitely come back, just not during lunch hours because it gets too crowded."

"My wife and I love to have a Blast (her Reese peanut butter cup and I Snicker). First time we got our treat and left. We arrived at the park to consume our ice cream. My wife had a butterfinger blast and I had a cup of ice cream with a very small amount of snickers on top. Disappointed but thankful we had something sweet.Next time we wanted our favorite treat, we stoped at this sonic restaurant to order, received our treat and headed home. I dug into my blast and it was something that looked like snickers but tasted like a mixture of many different candies and my wife’s blast was a mixture of caramel and butterfinger candy. Today, we stopped to get our favorite dessert and to my disappointment my blast was a caramel sauce with something else and a small amount of snickers. I’m not one to complain much, but this is the last straw. How hard is it to read a screen and put these ingredients into the order? That is their only purpose! I won’t be back. I will go to Early from now on."

"I asked for a number 2 with Mayo no tomatoes no onions, tots and a Coke. Can I please have some ketchup. Got my food, tipped 2 dollars and left, got where I was going I was starving and ready for my burger, I opened the bag and no napkins, I said don't worry about it, let's eat. Opened the burger, lifted the top bun TOMATOES even when you take the TOMATOES off the juice and the seeds remain, it's OK I still have my tots, reached in the bag only to find 1 pack of ketchup, I eat 3 tots and no more ketchup I grabbed my drink to wash down 3 tots lunch and it was diet coke. Being able to read should be a requirement at Sonic in Bogalusa."

"Ordered on app. No food after 20 minutes. Was instructed through app to use Call Button. Pushed call button. Waited 10 minutes more and nothing. Finally I stopped a car hop, told her I what had happened (or not happened) and told her after 30 minutes, no food that I needed to leave. Asked her to cancel my order if it had even been received. She said Ok my debit card was billed $7.82 for nothing. Unimpressed. No faith in Sonic App or this specific Sonic. To many other choices. I'll bot with my wallet."
"Waited over 20 minutes after ordering with no one in line. I recommed always checking your bag to make sure you get what you paid for. Drive through shorted us a super sonic cheeseburger. Good thing we opened the bag while at the window. I had to knock on the glass to get her attention. When she finally answered, and stopped texting, she said she would have to check. I showed her the receipt for 2 burgers and only received 1. Had to wait almost 10 more minutes to get the rest of our order. The guy behind me was getting mad but what can you do. We are dependant on the employees working there to get it right. The least they could do is apologize. She just handed me the bag and closed the window. I know that one review will not make a difference, but at least I didn't have to drive back from home. It frustrates me with the increased cost of food, it does not necessarily increase the level of service you are provided. "Order 1 blast and 1 cone. Car pulled in next to us and tried to order 3 times before the person on the intercom got it right. More waiting. Next thing, car next to us gets their order. We wait some more. Finally we pushed the button to see what the hold up is with our cone and blast. Oh.... it's ready and will be right out. Except we had to wait some more. Finally it came and we asked for napkins. Evidently those don't come with orders now. Had to go back to get some. Our food should have been free after all that. Our expectations are low these days in view of the struggle most are having but I'm afraid we will have to give up on Sonic for awhile. This isn't the first time we were disappointed with our service. Just the last straw."

"I recently dined at this establishment for dinner and had an excellent experience. The meal was reasonably priced, falling between $10 and $20 per person. The food was absolutely fantastic, earning a perfect score of 5. The service matched the quality of the food, also receiving a 5 for being attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was equally delightful, with a cozy and inviting vibe, warranting a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying their sandwiches, which were particularly delicious!"

"This location has gone down in quality in the last year. Had to press the order button twice after waiting nearly 5 minutes for anyone to take my order. Then had to drive to another stall to try another order button because no one took my order. Got to thesecond stall and had an employee tell me they would be right with me to take my order. Waited another 5 minutes and pressed itagain because still no one took my order. Finally someone came on the intercom and told me to go to the drive thru to place myorder. Got my order taken and paid and food was sub par. The quality has gone down hill quickly. This was all before 12 noon ona Saturday. They were not busy at all."
