"I placed an order online and the food was ready when I arrived at the restaurant. When I got home and started drinking my sweet iced tea Route 44 with cherry flavor and real cherries, I was disappointed to find that there were no real cherries in it. I would have returned to the store if I wasn't so far away. I will make sure to double-check my order next time. The service for takeout was lacking, but the food and atmosphere were good. Prices were affordable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. Overall, I would give the food a 5, service a 1, and atmosphere a 5."

"I love sonic, But this particular sonic for some reason. Turns off their internet, so the app does not work more than 50% of the time. I think they do it on purpose. I think they don't want to deal with the half price. Drinks and think needed people will show up anyway. Well, I'm not, I'm quit I quit. I'm not going back to the sonic ever. I live on fort campbell just outside of gate seven in a large community and I will encourage everyone that I know to not use this sonic. I will tell you because of this. I discovered Captain D's across the street for delicious fish. Or I just wait Until I get out to Hopkinsville. Because that sonic never has a problem with the app."

"I am posting here since Sonic doesn’t care to reach out regarding their poor customer service at this location.I am disappointed with the service I received. I placed a Sonic mobile order at 11:49am 9/07/22. I was that far from the sonic and arrived shortly and checked in on the app putting in stall 20. I saw my name popped up on the stall screen and proceeded to wait. All I ordered was a medium drink and a pretzel twist. It took about 20minutes before I received my order. I had to press the button and ask if my order was being made. It did not appear that busy at all due to not seeing very many cars in the stalls. They came out and handed me my food and I immediately checked it. There was no cheese dip in the bag for my pretzel so I called out saying there should have been some with it. She comes back out hands it to me and walks off. No apology or nothing. The cheese dip sauce she gave me was so cold I could barely dip my pretzel (not sure if that was on purpose or not). I was on my lunch break and they took a huge chunk of that time from me. I also noticed my receipt was reprinted so they either gave my meal to someone else or failed to even notice the order existed. Very disappointed and will more than likely not be visiting this location again due to the poor service and poor customer service."

"Down right horrible, and my expectations were not big. They stopped selling ice cream products at 9pm, 5 hours before closing which is ridiculous. Cheese fries were completely crusted over, they had to be an hour old to be that crusted. Tried to takeone fry out and lifted the entire order up from table, was like glue. Didn?t trust the burger after the way the fries came so ittoo ended up in the trash. Waste of time driving there, 10 minutes to get order with no cars in front and waste of money too."

"If I could give zero stars I would. 25 minutes ago we were the second car here and placed our order of shakes. 18 minutes ago it said it was being delivered. We have watched 8 other cars come and go with their drinks. We are still waiting. This is ridiculous. I understand short-staffed, but this is complete incompetence. If I wouldn't have paid, I would have left. Finally got our order after 30 minutes. For our trouble we got a cough in for a free cone"

"I visited Sonic on the evening of September 19, and although there were some issues with my order due to a few items being out of stock, the staff, particularly Trina, handled the situation exceptionally well! She was sincere in her apologies and attentive to our needs. I completely understand that things happen—I'm human too! A big thank you to the Sonic team in Anna for consistently satisfying my cravings for cheese sticks and delicious sweet tea! You all are wonderful!"

"We have been here several times since it is relatively close to where we live. We went today, just for drinks. My wife placed the order in the app as soon as we got there. She ordered her coke zero with sugar free cherry and vanilla and me a cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper (we ordered more but the order messed up was our drinks). When the order arrived initially, we were missing a drink so the girl went back and got it. However when she came back she could not tell us which drink was the Coke Zero and the Dr. Pepper (my wife cannot have sugar). The girl did not know, nor did she attempt to find out. My wife and I both tasted the drinks and neither of us could tell the difference between them. Honestly they both tasted the same so they are either both Dr. Pepper or Coke Zero. Sufficeit to say, she could not drink either one so I have to drink both (and I do not like Coke Zero), so wasted money on a drink she can't have. This is not the first time this has happened either. We have been to Sonic in Georgetown and have NEVER had issues with drinks being correct. Service: 2"

"We ordered the Reese's peanut butter malts, which looked fantastic, but unfortunately, they tasted like vanilla with just a sprinkle of crushed Reese's on top. It didn't quite match the image on the menu. Since we took it home, we didn't realize until then; otherwise, I would have mentioned it to the server. We appreciate the effort, though. While we waited for our malt, there was a steady stream of cars placing orders, so maybe it was just one of those nights for malts. We plan to give it another try in the near future."

"Here's a review of a restaurant I recently visited. I ordered a sandwich and a milkshake, but after waiting for 25 minutes, my order had still not arrived. When I inquired about my order, the staff mistakenly told me that it had already been delivered to me. After clarifying that I had not received my order, they promised to rectify the mistake. However, the carhop then mistakenly gave my order to another car parked nearby, who ended up receiving and eating everything I had ordered. Ultimately, I left the restaurant without my order."

"Most the time I have a good experience here. Lately, not so much. My orders have been messed up. Today I ordered the grilled cheeseburger, no mustard add garlic butter. When I got it there was mustard and no garlic butter. The nice lady said she'd have them remake it. I wish I could share the picture I took. When I say my sandwich was sitting in a pool of garlic butter, the wrapper had a puddle of it in it. I didn't mess up the order. But when correcting it, they didn't need to go overboard.
