"The first time I went to this restaurant it was overall great they had good food and great service at a moderate price. But that was the only time since then the people who have been behind the counter are so rude! On top of that they over serve on the rice and barely give you any meat to go with it and then they over charge you for it all. I would not recommend going here at all. Also if you do waste you 're time going here let them know at the start of your order that you will be paying with card cause the price goes up if you are if you pay with cash you get a discount"

"Terrible service. There's a waitress that is there most of the time, she's extremely rude and doesn't even greet the customers as they come in. We asked for a table and she said we could not sit down to eat, even though there were 4 tables available (one which was being occupied by a couple). I called multiple times to speak to the manager, and they kept hanging up on me. Once I was able to reach to the manager, he rushed me off the phone, and did not even care to take action. Customers should be treated respectfully in a place like this, but these people are just careless. Prices are too high, food always tastes like it's from the day prior, and the bathrooms are not clean, and don't even have toilet paper. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."

"I wish I could give this restaurant more stars, as the food isn't bad and the service is decent. However, my experience tonight was marred by a situation that the staff didn't handle well. Two nearby tables had guests on speakerphone during a video call, and their phones were so loud that I couldn't even hear the music playing in the restaurant. I mentioned it to my waiter, but he seemed indifferent. Eventually, I approached one of the men at the table...."

"NEVER GIVING THIS PLACE MY MONEY AGAIN! I have tried to give them a couple chances but they let me down every time. Their portions can barely feed a toddler child. I ordered my favorite soup “sopa de Res” and they gave me 1 very small piece of meat for the entire soup. I don’t understand how they want to charge me almost $13 for a soup that is all water and 1 piece of meat. I asked if they can put more and they said no, it only has 1 piece. What is that? I suggest you go to a different fritanga where they will serve you an ACTUAL plate of food not something that will leave you hungry."

"Michelín chef to be??? The most delicious Cuban food in Miami!! Shakes were awesome! Themed with Cuban pictures and wooden chairs! I wanted to give it only 4 starts because of the very loud noise of someone butchering on a metal table but the food was so delicious I thought it deserved the whole 5!"

"This restaurant doesn't have a phone number and misleadingly advertises items that they don't actually serve. I ordered the fish, but it had no flavor; it was just overcooked. They were stingy with the beans, so I ended up with extra rice instead. I also ordered a salad, and what I received was just pico de gallo on top of some avocados. I don't trust this place, and I won’t be coming back."
