"We went to the Lincoln park for brunch on a Friday afternoon, 2pm. Let me start by saying it was not busy, there were a few people but the place wasn’t crowded with souls waiting to get served not at all. They also had about 5 people working so not understaffed for the amount of clientele there. The servers were on their phone most of the time, service took a pretty long time, we only had an hour to take advantage of brunch and get some mimosas until 3. That being said, no we were not expecting everything at once however, we had to ask for literally everything we needed. It wasn’t an ongoing service where the service was attentive enough to replace whatever was missing from our cups, asks if we needed anything else etc. what is disappointing the most is that they were not busy at all, and still their service was terrible. Working for tips is hard, especially through a pandemic but also when there is service to be had, the least you can do is serve them well enough so they want to come back and take advantage of what you have to offer. Anyways, food was amazing but that is about the best thing I can say. Try their pumpkin dulce de Leche pancakes they’re going to blow you away!"
