"When our loaded fries finally arrived, they were burnt and completely lacking toppings. My dad’s baked potato was simply a raw potato! We only ordered a soup and sandwich, but the soup took an unbelievable 2.5 hours to reach our table. By then, we decided to request it to go because of the long wait. My beef sandwich was served cold, and the bread was rock-hard—not toasted, just tough. I usually can't tell when something has been frozen, but my little brother's chicken had the unmistakable taste of being stored in the freezer for far too long. On a positive note, our waitress was extremely nice and attentive, but unfortunately, none of these issues were her fault."

"I have lived on Davis Island for years. This is the best pizza I've ever had on the island. Great crust, and the largest single slices (much larger than Tate Brothers, which was a long-time pizzeria on the island) and larger than Rick's Italian. The Spaghetti and Meatballs entree is very good."

"This was our first time and we will definitely be back. We arrived early on Valentine's Day and expected that we would start at the bar. Surprisingly we got a table almost immediately. Our waitress Sara was absolutely exceptional and helped with all aspects of our meal. Everything from our cocktails to the tiramisu was so yummy. The calamari was very good. Our salads with the white French dressing was delicious. I had veal parm and my wife had veal Marsala and they were great. Large portions so can't wait for leftovers Just a wonderful experience with a real good bottle of Barolo"

"The food was bland, the pasta over cooked and swollen, the sauce flavorless, the garlic, wine, and herbs mentioned non existent. The shrimp was covered in mush and tasted extremely fishy, the tomatoes in the dish were large cubes of flavorless and watery beefsteak tomatoes. Of what we ordered the spaghetti pomodoro with added shrimp, the shrimp scampi (Romana), and the spaghetti in the eggplant Parmesan are as described above. The salads came without the dressing, the side order of garlic bread tasted like it was frozen for five years and then thrown in a toaster. The cake slices were ridiculously slim and short unlike anything I have ever received at any self respecting place. The only thing that tasted semi-ok was the eggplant parmigiana sans pasta with a dash of salt desperately needed. I highly recommend you steer clear if you want authentic Italian, or anything even remotely edible or worth the price. The sauce literally tastes like they boiled tomato paste in water without even adding salt. There was no garlic, basil, or olive oil to speak of, let alone wine. I normally don’t enjoy leaving a bad review for any business, but this was so awful with so many reviews on DoorDash that I needed to rectify that travesty. You can’t trust reviews when the people leaving them have no taste or standards. Purchase and eat at your own risk!"

"My teenager wouldnt even eat the Lobster Ravioli due to the extremely fishy smell. I had to doctor the Seafood Alfredo AND finish cooking the shrimp(They were still translucent). My husband couldnt finish his eggplant Eggplant Parmesan, it was undercooked, under-sauced(dry) and had no flavor. Then to add a cherry on top none of us received our salads. All for close to $200! Never again! No joke, Red Lobster blows this place out of the water!"

"We have been twice in the last 2 weeks ... which describes how much we love Metro 8. The porcini mushroom noodles are my favorite along with steak and tuna. The vegetables are always so fresh and perfectly prepared. The salads are crispy and dressed properly, and the wine list is huge and tasty. Perfect for dates, girls' nights or special occasions. Correctly priced for the top notch food you get. Better steaks than Angus Barn, better pasta than Maggianos, and much cheaper. The terrace is our favorite dining space, but the tables inside are super romantic. We will no doubt be back soon. Great service, fantastic atmosphere, top bar and wine list and local food to celebrate small businesses ... all my favorite things! Parking is so much easier than downtown Durham and we love the taste of 9th Street. The desserts are fantastic and the coffee is delicious."

"I love supporting small businesses, and this family-owned restaurant is one of my favorites. I typically order the Garlic White Spinach Pizza, although they did mess up my order once before. However, that's why I'm giving them a five-star rating. Tonight, they delivered my pizza, but the presentation was a bit messy; it looked like something heavy had been placed on top, causing some of the pizza to stick to the cardboard. I called them, and within minutes, the manager verified my issue and called me back! She informed me that I would receive a $7 discount on my order and a replacement pizza. When the new pizza arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra slice of cake included, which I definitely didn't expect. Now that's exceptional service! This is why, no matter how many mistakes they make, I trust that they will always make it right! By the way, the Garlic White Spinach Pizza is simply the BEST!!!"

"This charming little café may seem inconspicuous, but it has a delightful menu featuring everything from espresso to pizza and Greek yogurt parfaits. The first thing that caught my attention was the enticing aroma of hamburgers grilling. I was informed that it was part of the pizza, so I decided to give it a try. "I love their minestrone soup. Truly. But each of the last three times i have come to this location, it has been a frustrating and incomplete experience. Each time I have either left empty handed or had to wait hours to get what I had ordered. Just stay away from this location. They are nice but after three tries on simple orders, come on! Today I ordered through DoorDash. I specified a time, placed the order and got two confirmations from DoorDash. I also got charged. When I arrived there was only one person on duty. The others, including the manager, were either delivering or offsite. The young man said they had no order for me. I showed him the confirmation and he said they have a lot of problems with DoorDash and GrubHub. To the point that no orders make it from those platforms to their store. YET THEY STILL USE THEM. The store is listed on both sites. So I was told I needed to fix the issue and call DoorDash. Ok I get that but knowing your link to these websites doesn 't work AND YOU CONTINUE TO USE THEM is maddening. So their failure to work out the issues with these websites is my problem. Talk about passing the buck. They should remove their location from those sites. am no longer going to try and support this neighborhood shop. Ill get the soup froma location three miles away instead."

"Tonight we ate at the Indiana location. The food was very good. The table behind us was loud, rude and demanding. They kept our server running back and forth and then we overheard them say they were not tipping her. This is after they occupied her all night running back and forth to the bar. Our server Katie did an outstanding job waiting the tables in her section, she was friendly and pleasant in spite of the rude table. Katie should be commended for the excellent service! It is the best we have had at Orlando’s in a while."

"Twice , a bug was in my drink. When I sent it back the first time our waitress rolled her eyes and said it was a coffee bean I ordered their specialty cocktail expresso martini). She replaced it with another martini glass filled half) and there was another insect in glass. They discovered that the alcohol bottle had insects in it. The manager did come over to apologize but I did not want another cocktail at this time. Her offered us complimentary dessert."

"Just good. I've eaten several times at Zorba. I never had a bad meal or something I didn't like. The service is friendly. Portions are big. Prices are reasonable. It's not chic, because it's a great place for casual food. Many Greek specialities, but also many other possibilities. Try the Avgolemono soup. I need to be there every time I dive, it's so good!"

"Spoons an excellent Dairy restaurant. My father took me here a few times the 1st time the food was waaaaay 2 hot so from then on my father ordered ahead of time so the food wouldn't b boiling. They also have a separate room 4 events like Sheva Brachos or other events. Back in the days Danny Bleaich was the manager Danny is a veeeeeeery special friendly person. Out waiter was Elazar who was also veeeeeeery professional. If u love Dairy food want excellent service I'd highly recommend try out spoons. I'd definitely wanna come here again in the future.
