"I mistakenly ended up here looking for Bagel Gormet Ole on Thayer. It was a mistake coming here. First a witnessed the man behind the counter 3/10/23 drop a bagel on the floor in front of me. Pick it up with his bare hands and throws it in the trash. Never washes his hands and went trait to finishing making someone's food. Second, the quality of the bagels were not there...my bagel was beyond hard (un toasted). I ordered a 1/2 dozen bagels so I could have some the next day. Less than 24 hrs later they were twice as hard. I paid $15+ for a half dozen bagels, one with cream cheese, and a juice. What a ripoff. Stay away from this place."
