"One person in our group ordered the butter and sugar crepe, which was very good. I appreciated its presentation, and the crepe itself was fresh and tasty. It’s also interesting that you can order from the next-door restaurant, Little Kebab, allowing members of your party to order from both Little Crepe and Little Kebab. Two people in our group chose from the kebab menu.
The chicken korma was more watered down than we prefer but still tasty; we just like our sauces thicker. The chicken tandoori was also decent, though we expected chicken breast and received chicken legs instead—that was our oversight; we should have asked. We had mixed feelings about the Asiago naan, as it tasted somewhat like crepes with cheese, but some of us enjoyed that, especially when paired with the korma sauce.
Overall, I think that if we had avoided the sherry crepe, we would have liked the food more. However, I still have the taste of sherry lingering in my mouth after indulging in plenty of sweets at the restaurant. Another oddity was when we received the check; it came as two separate bills from two different restaurants, making it a bit cumbersome as if we were filling out paperwork for both places. It would have been easier if the bills had been combined into one.
Despite the mixed experiences, I believe we’ll return—just not for the sherry crepe or the tandoori chicken; we’ll try something different next time."
