"the “Service” was quite unavailable, even during the less busy late afternoon hours. my weinglas was dirty and after trying to get someone the attention for 10mins, I gave up and went straight into the bar itself. I work with the public and I know that mistakes happen, so I courteously apologise and showed the bartender the dirty rim and asked for another glass. he pulled it out of my hands and rolled his eyes. I apologized, but it was ignored. the manager saw what happened and told me to take a place on my table and insisted that he would bring me a new glass. 10mins later, someone else went by and practically slammed the replacement glass on my table and ran away. the “replacement glass” was as dirty as the 1st. but at this point I knew whether I mentioned it, my meal would have contained a side of the spits. my order was wrong, but I was too hungry to take care of so much. Even if I wanted to throw up the problem, I would never have had a chance because no one came past my table to check me. I didn't drink the wine in the glass so my water was quickly blown off to the last drop. No one bothered to ask me if I needed a refill. After waiting for more than 15mins after I had finished eating my food, and tried to get someone's attention so I could pay and go out of that, I asked a to-go box. it was thrown on my food, as there was no other place to put it on the little table and the dirty dishes from my appetizer had not been removed. After I finally cheered the box and eating on the crowded table place, I reached my pocket and my rest crashed on the floor, up, and spilled all the content on the dirty floor. 2 server, the bartender, a busser and the manager saw this and then all quickly turned off their eyes and pretended to go back to do their jobs. I felt very embarrassed, I apologised to all around me and took my hands and kneeling to clean the mess as well as I could. I've still released 20%."
