"the food was good, although the part was a little small. the art and wise how the personal greeted my friend and I was really unacceptable, in which the friend insisted that we should have gone without eating. we arrived at 17.30. immediately after I greeted the personal and told my name, the staff told me that the restaurant was fully booked after that and literally told us to finish it at 19:00. are you okay? that was too rude. I've never said about any US restaurants at check-in that I had finished eating in 1.5 hours. my thoughts: • rude. I have expected the reservation of opentable, that I enjoy reasonable time, meals. if 1.5 hours is their strict policy without delay, they write it on the reservation page! • American restaurants never say that. Some customers come late, some leave early, and restaurants do their best to manage the flows of customers. if a customer remained unexpectedly long without eating and/or waiting the next round of customers, then ask the customer to leave soon. that would be enough. • if the staff should be attentive anyway, they would have just said gently, we are fully booked from 7:00 a.m. I don't have to say that I have to eat in time as if I was a school child. • has the personal treated all customers equally? I can't believe that. there were a few regular customers to whom the chef came to welcome and recommend various good food. did the personal tell them the same? • finally, the table on which the staff brought us brought us brought us directly next to the loud, uneducated masterpieces, while all the other tables were available. Moreover, no more than half of the tables were filled by the time we left in 65 minutes. under the circumstances, the co-worker would have brought us to a table. I had to ask the staff to change tables. the regular customers talked as if the room was her."
