"Finally, trying the ramen and karaage at Ippudo Westside. I left nothing behind in the bowl of Akamaru Shinaji. The broth is slightly thick, almost creamy. The noodles were al dente, if I may use this term with Japanese food. The red sauce adds another element to the bowl. That pork belly is unctuous. Now the karaage, I had to use my hands/fingers. It's appropriate when eating fried chicken, right? It was 2 chicken thighs cut in half thus 4 pieces. Perfectly cooked. The seasoning and coating is delicious. The restroom is beyond the black saloon doors. 3 restrooms: unisex, woman and man. The staff were patient with me and answered all my questions I asked 3 or 4 questions regarding food and popular menu items. Everyone was happy and friendly with each other."
