"Hello, I had a birthday dinner with my girlfriend at this restaurant. She informed them at the beginning that she had a coconut allergy and everything went well until the dessert arrived at the table. As we started to eat, my girlfriend noticed there were coconuts in the dessert! The manager did very little to address the issue and only offered a coffee as a solution for helping with the allergy. I emailed Hakkasan New York's website but have not received a response yet after 4 days. I am very disappointed with the experience."
