"Although the food was ok the service was horrible so we didn’t really enjoy our time. The place seems to be run by a bunch of inexperienced college kids as they more than once missed items in our order and just did not provide any good service. It was our first time visiting and our last. I’m surprised they are still running considering how empty the place was at lunch time on Saturday and how horrible the service was."

"The server told me that the taro bubble tea had milk in it and i asked her what kind like soy almond coconut what? She said no no no regular, like powder. We couldn’t really understand each other well about this. Unclear if it’s cows milk powder or what. The other food was okay. Brown rice was old, dry. Duck dish had two different proteins and the one in the center was like strange paper strings and the sauce had no flavor. The eggplant delight with chickn had baby bok choy that had literal dirt on the outside. I’ve been here before (last year) and enjoyed it and been to one of the other locations and enjoyed that but this was not a great experience. I don’t think I’ll return."

"Although I’ve been to this location many times, I usually dine at the bar. The service there has been exceptional. I have also been to the Oakland and Santa Monica locations. The food taste and quality are much better at other locations. For example, the Macaroni and Cheese are creamy and served hot. Both my guest and I ordered the dish On this occasion, the dish was served lukewarm/cool and dry. Visually, the dish was not appealing but the server brought it and seemed irritated that we asked to order another dish. I asked fir another dish because both servings arrived in the same condition and there was no reason to think a third dish would improve. The server left and someone else returned with the same dish rather than allowing us to order something different."

"Went here for a birthday and also Restaurant Week. Be warned; if you don’t ask for a Restaurant week menu they do not offer you one. They do not mention restaurant week at all in person. You are paying full price unnecessarily this week. Also, this was my third and last visit here. Seated outside in the back corner. Took 10 min for anyone to acknowledge us. It was 85 degrees with two heaters running for the woman across from us with no jacket. The waiter seemed rushed and unenthusiastic . Made excuses for our food taking so long. Tried to say, since we ordered off the Restaurant Week menu, there was a 20 min “fire” time in between appetizers and main course. Don’t need excuses just bring the damn food. My daughter is a server, I know how this works. No checking on us during the meal. No additional drinks offered, nothing extra. For the price there’s nothing special about this place at all. Overall, a lacking experience…. Again. I’m done. Food is dull, service for my third visit still lacking. I’ve yet to be seated inside after three visits. No reason to go back when Mortons’s is around the corner and is much better."

"I recently dined at Del Frisco Double Eagle Steakhouse in Plano for DFW Restaurant Week and had an exceptional experience. I opted for the $99 signature experience. From start to finish, everything was superb. The $49 option also looked like a fantastic deal. Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, the staff remained friendly and attentive throughout the evening. The soup was delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection. Overall, it was a nice dining experience that I highly recommend."

"I was so excited to try the crab cake and was so disappointed. First, it didn’t come out with my steak as I asked. Second, it was very tiny. I know that there is shortage of crab, but that was pretty skimpy for $27. Third, it had red and green peppers as fillers. I do not like peppers and do not know why they put in…. Yuck!! My filet was delicious and perfectly done. Lobster Mac and cheese was ok. Overall not a bad experience but will definitely choose another steak house next time."
