"My family of four decided to try the Sunday brunch at Mrs. K's. My sister, who is in her 60s and on crutches due to a broken foot, joined us. Although we had a reservation, we still had to wait several minutes to be seated. We asked to be seated near the buffet, but the staff refused to accommodate our request, despite speaking with the manager on duty and noticing a few empty tables nearby. Instead, they led us up some steps, through other dining areas, and into a small back room that was farthest from the buffet and quite cold. This posed a challenge for my mother, who is in her late 80s, and my father, who is in his 90s, as well as for my sister on crutches. During one of my trips to the buffet, I saw the hostess seating a party without a reservation at a table close to the buffet, which was frustrating. This experience left a lasting impression, and I have no intention of returning. Additionally, the food and selection were underwhelming."
