"Today was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. The drive-thru line was quite long, so I chose to go inside to place my order. I noticed there were two diligent employees at the drive-thru, but no one was at the front counter. I stood there for about 5 or 6 minutes, assuming they might be short-staffed. Eventually, one of the drive-thru workers spotted us. She swiftly used her microphone to call for someone to come out from the back, letting them know there were customers waiting. And once again, I waited…"
