"I wish I could give it a rating more than 5 stars. Kale Cafe is a gem, amazing, a diamond! I tried a lot of their food while I was in Daytona (very vegan barren) and it was among the best I have had nationally! The tofu scramble wins all tofu scrambles, the blueberry pancake was full of flavor, and that Kale they are named after is divine! I also tried the huge housemade burger with Mac and cheese. So big, I could not finish it. And their smoothies/juices are bright, fresh, and tasty. The pricing is right on, the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable."
