"We ordered the Pig Bell Benedict, Lachs Spinat Benedict, and French toast topped with blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. Each dish exceeded my expectations and was incredibly delicious. I loved how the muffins had a crispy bottom while remaining soft inside. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the hollandaise sauce was light and flavorful. The pork belly was tasty, although I wished it were a bit thicker and crispier on the outside, while still being tender in the middle. The salmon and spinach combination was just right. I appreciated the extra effort put into the sweet potatoes, but I wasn't a fan of the kale salad. The French toast was beautifully prepared, with a perfect golden brown color all around, and it tasted amazing—just the right amount of syrup and topped with fresh fruits, including blueberries. This was by far the best Eggs Benedict and French toast I've had. I would highly recommend this spot for breakfast. A tip: arrive early to avoid long lines later in the morning, but it's definitely worth the wait. The customer service was excellent as well!"
