"This is hands down the best Asian fusion restaurant around! The food is always fresh, the delivery is very quick, and the staff is friendly. The interior is beautifully decorated with a nice bar and attentive waiting staff. Their cocktails are well-crafted. I ordered delivery today and got my favorite dishes: lemon chicken, cheese wontons, chicken and broccoli, and roasted dumplings. The citrus sauce served with the dishes is light, sweet, and absolutely delicious."

Business felt review was unfair as they were trying out new ideas from YouTube. Changed to 5 stars as per their request to support local business. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had a disappointing experience tonight. Ordered a chirashi don through Uber Eats and usually received sashimi style slices of fish on rice. Instead, I received chopped fish with scrambled eggs. When I called, they explained it was part of a transition to AZN. Disappointed with the lack of assistance offered. Will not be ordering from them again as I can get better quality poke bowls for a lower price elsewhere. It's unfortunate to lose another option for decent quality sushi in the area."

"I had a terrible experience with the food at Ken's. The simple platter featured spring rolls that were undercooked and had a fishy taste, shrimp tempura that was greasy, and wings that tasted cheap and frozen, despite being labeled as wings. The teriyaki chicken tasted overwhelmingly of vinegar, and to make matters worse, there were no sauces included with the delivery. The triple delight dish was equally disappointing. I definitely will not be ordering from Ken's again."

"We have eaten here for years but had stopped going for awhile. So we decided to go back. The all you can eat sushi had actually gone down in price! The menu for all you can eat is somewhat more limited than other places we have been but still a nice variety. The sushi is fresh and well prepared and presented. I wish they would offer a sashimi menu as well. The Chinese food is always quite good. The hot and sour soup was very good but wish it had a little more sour . "overall the experience at firefly was pleasant. However, the food service was extremely slow. we sat at 5:30 a.m. and ordered at 6:00 a.m. our escapes were served only 7:30 a.m. this was not a mistake of our server, as it was extremely attentive and accommodating. I guess the kitchen was just overwhelmed, which was surprising for a Tuesday night. the music was very loud in the lounge area, but the manager was happy and quick to turn it on our request. the quality of the meal was excellent as the ambiente. Hopefully we will be served faster at our next visit."

"We arrived at the Hibachi restaurant a little early and were the first ones at our table. It made for some great photo opportunities as we waited for the other tables to fill up. Once everyone had arrived, the show began. We started off with the delicious soup and salad, followed by the California roll which had the perfect amount of crab and avocado. The main course of steak, veggies, chicken, rice, and noodles was fantastic - everything was cooked perfectly and portioned just right. The wait-staff and chef were incredibly kind and attentive throughout the meal."

"We ate at Sakura after attending an event at the convention center and it served up everything we needed. The food was very tasty and fairly priced. We were served complimentary hot tea when we sat down, which was appreciated. One of our dishes came out about 10 minutes after all of the others, but that was the only real negative, and happens. The waitress was apologetic when we asked for it and got it to us quickly once we alerted her that we hadn’t received it yet. The location was also great for a quick spin around Chinatown to walk off our meal."

"Absolutely amazing food with amazing service and a lovely atmosphere. My grandbabies and I went here and ordered Bento Boxes. My grandson got a steak one, me and my granddaughter the Hibachi chicken. Oh my goodness. When I tell you this food is fresh, its fresh! We had squash and bell peppers and mushrooms that tastes like they just came out the dirt, and the chicken and rice was hot, fresh, and delicious! Each box comes with an 8pc California roll, and we had asked for no fish eggs on ours, and our waitress Susie was very kind throughout the whole ordering process. There was another family of like.. 20 people there when we came, and yet everything came out very quick!Kid-friendliness: Waitresses were very kind and patient when we were ordering!"

"Ginza offer excellent value and in my eyes this is one of the most important aspects of a restaurant to me. I specifically think that their Salmon Special, Tuna Special, and Yellowtail Special are very good value. Every time I have ordered these specials from them they have been extremely generous with the quantity of fish and the fish is of high quality. To elaborate each special comes with about 8 to 10 thick pieces of sashimi, 4 pieces of sushi, and 1 spicy roll all for just $22. I think that if you order all 3 of these specials you could easily feed 4 people for under $80 with high quality sushi. The one con I will mention is that I'm not the biggest fan of the atmosphere. I think with the atmosphere part of the problem is the layout of the restaurant which is not something that can be easily fixed. However, everyone working here has been very friendly and inviting. I can not recommend this place enough when it comes to take out. Parking: The parking is not great. Ginza is located in a mini strip mall with I think 3 other stores and they all share what seems to be about 10 parking spots. There is also some free street parking but depending on the time of day those might already be occupied."

"So disappointed in our experience here. The place still has a Christmas tree up in February. The take out service wasn't very good and our order was poorly prepared. The bags of food broke on our drive home spilling sauce all over my wife's pants and all down our seats. We ordered Moo Shu beef and we did not receive the plum sauce with our order. On top of that, the pancakes we received were not Asian pancakes but flour tortillas. We will not be returning. The food was mediocre at best.My response after Company Response:I specifically asked for pancakes as I ordered and when I picked up my order I specifically asked how many pancakes were included. They said 3 and I asked for at least one more because there were 4 of us eating. They took the bag of pancakes' and went to the kitchen to add another pancake' and when I came home and opened my order there were tortillas. I did not and would ever order tortillas at a Chinese food restaurant."

"I've never written a review before, but this place deserves it! I would give it at least 5 stars! I ordered for the first time today, and the food was outstanding—fresh and flavorful! It arrived piping hot and was packed perfectly, with no spills at all. The portion sizes were good, and I think the prices are very reasonable. The delivery driver was also super polite. Since the start of COVID, I’ve been ordering out more than usual, and many of the drivers I've encountered have been rude, not even bothering to say thank you. So, it was refreshing to have such a positive experience! I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you!"

"I’ve been ordering delivery from here for years as it is not far from my house. Even though it says vegetarian, they are all vegan and use soy protein. They do have tofu dishes as well. It also has Japanese food so you can get miso soup and veggie sushi as well. I have never eaten inside, but maybe one day I will. Love this place!"

"First time going here and the staff was very friendly. The sushi I ordered was fresh and very good. It was hard to pick though because the menu has a lot of options that sounded good. The service was very quick. The only thing that could be improved is the miso soup. Don't get me wrong but it didn't have much in it as far as tofu and what not. I'm definitely coming back to try other things on the menu!"
