"I asked for Pattaya noodles from the menu I had several times at Union Square. I asked for nothing rumored or green onion. I made it very clear to the waitress and mentioned I have mussel allergy and a sensitivity to onion. She brought me my food and I tried to fly her down. She didn't come to my table for a few minutes, which is okay, but when she mentioned it, I mentioned it. Apart from the onion there was a lack of taste and the noodles tasted old. I ordered a drink too. I took two bites of it and couldn't eat it. The manager gave me 5% of a meal I couldn't eat. I have mentioned that they must be more careful because slipping like this with an ingredient someone is very allergic to can cause a medical emergency. Such bad customer service and terrible food compared to the other trade union location. I do not recommend this location based on customer service and above all food quality."
