"I've never encountered an unfriendly staff before, but my recent visit left me disappointed. I enjoy this restaurant for its wide selection of delicious Filipino dishes. However, the front-of-house staff seemed rushed and unfriendly—they didn’t smile, and even when I thanked them, there was no acknowledgment or gratitude in return. First impressions are important, and the way customers are treated at the reception sets the tone for the entire experience. Unfortunately, my encounter today didn’t leave a positive impression, and I hope it was just a one-time occurrence. I contemplated leaving no tip at all, but then considered the hard work of the kitchen staff who prepared such tasty food. I could have given more, but the cashier's demeanor really impacted my overall experience."
