"We were not informed until 30 minutes after placing our order that our appetizers were unavailable. We requested cutlery and water cups for our third guest, but they were never provided. I asked for jalapeños to be added to our appetizer (as the menu indicated they should be included) and to my dish, but they didn't arrive. Additionally, there was no rice available to accompany our meals, which we found out only after we had finished eating. I also didn't have a spoon to eat my curry. I had ordered tempura okra, but I was told they were out of okra, even though there were several pieces of okra in my curry."
