"READ THIS Sorry Skeeters but this time around, I have to give you ONE FAT F only because a G is not allowed. It can 't get any lower I guess... First of, you need a lunch menu. Everything my daughter and I ordered was $12.00 and up. For that I go CheeseCake Factory. I asked for a lunch menu and the cashier said hu? Ok fine... Let 's start with expediting. It took 40 minutes for my order to arrive. I kept seeing plates leave the window and hearing costumers around me complain anyway. They too had no food after a long wait. After two attempts to get the manager to find out my order, turns out it was sitting there being passed over . Unacceptable! My daughter had to pack her lunch for her lunch hour was coming to an end. She ended up eating it for dinner. Let 's talk quality The kitchen is absolutely disgusting. I leaned over to check it out and I regretted being there. But it 's ok. Time was running out. No time to go somewhere else. Yes I have been watching Chef Ramsey a lot; so what... thanks to those shows I am learning to watch out. Before you order, lean over and look at the kitchen floor, burners etc disgusting!!! Though my daughters quesadillas looked delicious, she never got to try them and I ate mine in a hurry. Expecting twins, she can 't eat in a hurry... And speaking of mine it was absolutely disgusting . I ordered a chicken enchilada and what I got seemed to be a plate with vomit. No kidding. They don 't give you an enchilada. They give you an undercooked chicken breast with a strange color and a burrito loaded with a falling if a mix of cheeses. I expected the typical oval plate with a couple of enchiladas topped with a little cheese, some refried beans and rice along the side. Instead it was served in an 8 round plate and it had a pound of melted (what seemed to look like Cheese) on top. There was no edge visible on the plate. Everything was gushing out and onto the table. Oils and all. Yuk... I had to order a second plate to move all the junk from the top so I could see what was underneath. I ended up opening the burrito (it was by no means an enchilada) and just ate the little pieces of chicken inside (by now cold for it had been sitting on the window for 49 minutes) Well, you tell me how attractive my plate was . Disgusting if you ask me. I should 've taken a picture The Chef looked pissed off, and the lady working for him looked lost. There was no order ... She could have been cleaning while he cooked blah blah blah yeah yeah I blame this poor quality on the owners . You need to stay ON TOP OF THEM!!!!! Check on them DAILY!!!! Walk around and survey your food. Ask if they liked it, what can you do better etc I have been visiting you guys for over 25 years and seldom (if none) been let down but today you nailed the big F and we are not coming back . Sorry"
