"Went here for dinner on a Friday night and was seated right away. The owner, Sonny, came over and greeted us. He was kind and so welcoming. The decor is pretty and and cute for date nights. We ordered the mango shrimp appetizer, samosas, butter chicken a side of garlic naan. Mango lassi and ginger chai for drinks. I asked for brown sugar for my ginger chai which they didn't have but Sonny went out of his way to get them for me from another store. Exceptional service! Mango shrimp 9/10: shrimp was fresh and firm. Sauce was so good! Missing a bit of depth but honestly still really good and would reorder! Samosas 10/10: initially we ordered the chicken samosas but we were given the vegetarian ones but honestly it was so good that we didn't even mind it. Sonny came over and personally apologized for the mistake. The vegetarian samosas were served on a bed of chickpeas in a kind of sauce and it was *chefs kiss*. Definitely would recommend! Butter chicken 10/10: I've only had butter chicken twice and this is honestly the best. It's flavorful (not salty) and the chicken is so buttery (soft and juicy). Garlic naan 8/10: a bit too soft but was still really good and garlicky; I prefer my naan a bit more crisp. If you like naan on the softer side, it would be perfect for you. Nonetheless, it's still so good for dipping in the butter chicken. Overall, Sonny's kitchen is 5 and a 10/10 would highly recommend. The food is probably one of the best Indian food I've had and the service was unmatched. We already want to go back and try other dishes!!"

"I'm sorry to leave this evaluation, but very disappointing meal. ordnance chicken curry with simple naan. there were several problems with this meal along with a few positive notes. first the escape. the chicken itself was fresh and tender. but the whole dish was not delicious at all. the curry was not the best tasting curry, but what it almost made useless was the incredible amount of salt. by far the saltiest tasting I've ever had. I had to pull that out of the muse. it was so bad. Even without the salty taste it was not the most pleasant curry I had. the naan. not unusable, but some of the worst I had in a restaurant. very dense. odd color. a little fat, almost as if it were baked in a tandoor oven. very thin, no bubbles, inconspicuous and flat. not to cheat yourself and define it could not immerse it in this salty curry case. a positive note. they contained some delicious mint chutney in the order in which I eat the naan in which it is worth eating. if not for this very good chutney the naan would have been wasted. I'm a little excited here. it wasn't a Basmati rice. it was good ole clear long corn white rice and to finish that it was incredibly oily. at the bottom of the container is a thick oil film. absolutely no aromas for this rice. I tasted and smells it again and again. it was pure white tear. cheap. shameful. if they try to say it was in the did basmati reis, then they have the worst in the world. I ordered from here because door dash reviews had it at a 4.8 I can't believe it. I can't remember the last time I was so disappointed in Indian food. I wanted to order from a place called tandoor inian grill because I had a court there called chicken cilantro and it was one of the best Indian dishes I ever had, but they were not listed on door dash. next time in this hotel I'll just take one over there."

"The decor is simple and understated, featuring Nepalese and Indian artwork. We arrived late on a Wednesday night, and while the dining room was empty, several people still came in to pick up their orders. Our server promptly took our drink orders and meal selections. Paul, Austin, and I decided to share our dishes family-style. The basmati rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the buttered naan topped with cilantro was absolutely delicious. The oversized samosas, filled with seasoned potato, onion, peas, and herbs, were a standout—dipping them in the mint chutney was pure bliss! The chicken korma was also excellent; Paul ordered it with a spice level of 3 out of 6, and it had just the right amount of heat. The chicken was cooked to perfection, and I particularly enjoyed the creamy coconut curry sauce. I ordered the Sheek Kabab, which featured grilled, seasoned ground beef served on a sizzling plate over a bed of sliced cabbage and grilled onions, garnished with cilantro—similar to Mexican fajitas. The spice level of 3 out of 6 was just right! It came with a bowl of tikka masala for dipping or garnish, adding to the dish's appeal. Despite the takeout crowd, Sitar maintained a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Our server was fantastic, checking on us frequently; he was friendly and eager to ensure we had a great experience. The only downside was the parking situation, but I plan to visit again, as I thoroughly enjoyed my experience."
