"Very disgusting. The management of this location needs to be reevaluated. The customer service skills is of a kindergarten student. I waited several minutes to be ask I wanted after watching the employees chat amongst each other as if they was at a kickback relax. They are rude with a attitude as if I had to buy or they don't have to sell me anything. I'm sure the owner of this establishment wouldn't be happy to know this is how business is being conducted. Wast eof time even stopping to attempt to buy lunch. This us the manager that made me wait until she felt like taking my order"

"I opted to go inside instead of using the drive-thru, as it had been a while since my last visit to KFC. I prefer looking at the menu in person without feeling rushed. I already knew I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich before entering the restaurant. While I browsed the menu for future cravings, I was ready to place my order. The service seemed more tailored for the drive-thru, so you'll likely get quicker service that way. The staff was busy but very courteous, asking if they could assist me. I received my order quickly and was back home in no time."

"I went through the drive-thru to place my order. When I got to the speaker, someone told me to go ahead with my order, so I said I would like a 3-piece tender meal. However, there was no response. After waiting for 2-3 minutes, I tried again and said hello. The worker repeated that I could go ahead with my order, so I once more requested the 3-piece tender meal. Unfortunately, there was still no response, and I waited another 2-3 minutes without any communication. Eventually, I decided to leave. As I drove away, I noticed the staff inside playing around by the drive-thru window. Overall, this was not a great experience for a newly opened restaurant."

"The manager seems quite unpleasant. I had my phone stolen in the parking lot, which is a concerning issue for this location. While the young staff members are friendly, I can't recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a good meal. They primarily offer white meat, and it appears the management struggles with inventory, possibly trying to save money by offering dark meat at the same price. The portion sizes remain unchanged, but the quality is lacking. This seems to be a management issue rather than a problem with the diligent young employees. The manager often has a frown on her face. I would suggest choosing the McDonald’s next door, as they seem to manage things better."

"I've had some bad experiences here in the past, but tonight was a pleasant surprise. The chicken was hot and everything was fresh, which is unusual because they usually don't have all the original items available. The pot pie was tasty as well. The fries were fresh, and the biscuit was actually edible this time instead of being overly crunchy like it often is. This is a rare occurrence, but tonight everything was good. They did forget my Pepsi during the delivery, but overall, the food was satisfying."

"Bad Management, I called to let them know I was missing a famous bowl. I order two famous bowls and a large fry. I asked them to drop my fries fresh. I didn't receive a receipt, n I wasn't to sure if I was charged for it. I asked if I could have my food made over fresh I will bring back what they gave me. When I get there, yes, they made my food over but they gave me once again one famous bowl and they dropped fries they had up. I open the fries n smoosh them it in my hand. Only oil came out, my finger tips was full with oil no type of potato. I even told they lady I watch them.behind the counter and no took fries out and place them.in the fry basket. I didn't hear no timer go off. She argue me down and said that their grade is oily. Smh what you mean the grade oily. The fries are oily cause they dropped them.twice. She didn't want to keep dropping fries for me cause she wasting food. When she never dropped anything for me fresh."

"I had not been to a KFC in years. I was craving a fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy. I ordered chicken tenders combo and substituted the potatoes instead of fries. I also ordered a chicken pot pie. I received my order in recordtime. I didn?t check my order before leaving except to not their was a chicken pot pie and a tenders box. I received Frieda notmashed potatoes and gravy. The fries were old and reheated. The tenders were not crispy and the filling in the pot pie had soggypotatoes it was half fold few veggies and tasted like the sauce had been burnt. I was so disappointed. I would have made the 10mile round trip to take it back but was too tired. I too the hit and tossed the food in the trash."

"I lost my niece's phone tonight after we spent $52 on dinner following a long day at the hospital with a sick relative. To our surprise, the staff seemed more defensive than helpful, making us feel as if we were accusing them. Three employees made their points known before leaving the premises. I believe Latoya shouldn't even have a job after how she handled the situation. The only two employees I think deserve recognition are the kind woman who processed our payment and the young man who genuinely tried to assist us. We weren’t blaming anyone; we were just seeking a solution. Now, after dealing with the police and everything else, I completely lost my appetite for dinner. I would definitely give raises to those two employees and let go of the others who were rude and indifferent in their responses."

"I went through the drive-thru about 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Either the microphone wasn't working or the cashier didn't understand English. After repeating my order several times, I was instructed to drive to the window. They had run out of the original chicken and white meat, so I opted for crispy dark meat and requested a small container of extra gravy. The wait was surprisingly long, especially since I was the only customer. When he handed me the bag, it didn't include the extra gravy, and I also had to remind him to give me my drink. I was really disappointed when I arrived at the hotel to find dried-out chicken, old mashed potatoes, and only half a container of extra gravy. I understand they were closing, but I believe we should expect better quality for the price we pay."
