"We have lived across the street from Just Love for about 3 months now and have loved walking over and getting coffee and sandwiches. The quality of food and drink is outstanding, but the service is one of a kind. My mother once accidentally bought whole bean coffee at the grocery store. Without a grinder in our apartment she called Just Love on a whim and asked if they would grind the beans for a small fee for us. "Horrible experience today at the Northridge location, the girl working had her back turned when we walked in and proceeded to figit with the remote control for the menu display, another Girl helped us at the register and we ordered with her while the other girl kept distracting the one ringing us up. I didn’t like my dressing and asked for the buffalo ranch, the girl working said “we don’t actually have that, it’s just on the menu” uhm excuse me? What does that even mean? They charge 35 cents for a new dressing except when the girl gave it to the other girl to give to me after I paid, she dropped it and then had to get another one. This place is a disaster, the girls are all so unprofessional, talking loudly and treating customers like they are inconvenienced by taking their orders. Never will I come back! So much unnecessary attitude!"

"Five stars just for the salad as i did not make the order and i did not interact with the staff. But the salad was incredible. Very very tasty beyound the yummy ranch and barbecue flavors. Packed with nicely chppoed tomatoes, lettuce and spinach, corn, black beans, and chicken, this is one flavorful dish. Restaurant quality with no questio."

"I believe charging double should only apply when a customer requests extra toppings, especially if they are only asking for double of one particular item, such as crab salad. Otherwise, the pricing should not be an issue. Besides that, this place is truly amazing. The staff may seem shy, but they provide excellent customer service. When you send them to the back for special items, they sound like they are reuniting with old friends. It's a great atmosphere and a good time."
