"My first time visiting Firebirds! Our server: Teal was professional, kind, and very efficient. Was disappointed there wasn’t a group deal for mimosas since we made the extra effort to come for brunch. The drinks were great, I had the Screwed Up Coffee which was very sweet but tasty, having a second one was a stretch as it was too sweet. The complimentary bread was good, and the appetizers were amazing. I personally love Ahi Tuna, it was cooked to tender perfection and the spicy mustard sauce was zesty! The Deviled Eggs were very good as well, even the jalapeño pieces weren’t as spicy as we expected. Our entrees came and the Salmon Benedict was made very well. We were actually underwhelmed when it came to the Bacon Egg Brioche and the Steak n Egg bowl. After being blown away by the previous foods it was a surprise that these two entrees didn’t live up to the hype of the others. The tater tot like potatoes are good but nothing special. The horseradish sauce with my steak n egg entree was very strong and could use more citrus or something else to help cut the intensity. The portion size of the steak was a little on the small side considering the higher price. My partner who had the egg sandwich stated that it was bland. Overall Firebirds gets a 4/5 from me its expensive, great customer service, and the food can be great but with high standards and the given price I’d expect more out of the entrees. Definitely come for the appetizers!"

"A few weeks ago, I visited Bar Bruno, a charming Mexican Bistro that knows how to play with flavors. With each bite, I found myself already plotting my next visit. Bar Bruno is the perfect neighborhood spot and a MUST-VISIT. While I won't wax poetic about the decor, the ambiance cradles you in its warm embrace. For an after-work cocktail, an impromptu date night, or simply a delightful meal—Bar Bruno is a beautiful option. Oh, and did I mention they serve brunch? The staff embodies warmth, extending a welcome that feels like a hug in the form of impeccable service—the food dances on your palate, a perfect companion to your choice of libation. On my first visit, I indulged in a taco trio featuring steak, fish, and shrimp, a true palate pleaser. This time around, we explored their dinner menu. We initiated the feast with Guacamole and Plantains, then ventured onto the Chopped Cheese Wraps, Burger Tacos, and Quinoa Veggie Burgers. For the grand finale—we ended on a sweet note with the Flan and Dessert Nachos. Guacamole is not my usual pick, but the pumpkin seeds made it a flavorful and adventurous choice. The Plantains was the perfect harmony of sweet and savory, transcending a mere appetizer to become the ultimate side dish. The Chopped Cheese Wrap deserves a standing ovation. A mouthwatering blend of pepper jack cheese and onions—makes it an absolute must-order. The Quinoa Veggie Burger, a vegetarian delight, tasted so good that I momentarily forgot it was meatless. But the crown jewel of the evening? The Burger Tacos—imagine the perfect burger and a delightful taco having a culinary love affair. And guess what? The French fries are in the tacos. Genius. And the dessert? The Flan and Dessert Nachos brought our memorable meal to a sweet conclusion. While dinner was an absolute delight, I'd gladly return for the margaritas. These concoctions are in a league of their own, perfectly balanced with a burst of flavor that avoids the pitfall of excessive sweetness. Passion Fruit and Strawberry were our picks, and they left us craving more. This visit to Bar Bruno was nothing short of a wonderful, unforgettable experience, and I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit with their tempting menu."

"I used to be a regular at the takeout section of this restaurant. Most of the time, the food was decent for $11, making it a convenient alternative to fast food. However, in my recent visits, I encountered several issues with my orders. The final straw was when I received a meal that was raw in the middle, accompanied by a bun soaked in grease and lettuce scattered throughout the container. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese for around $6, but I received barely three teaspoons of it, and it wasn't even lukewarm. Given that the meal was only $11, I called the restaurant as soon as I opened the takeout bag at home to request a replacement later in the week. It wasn't a huge issue, just a disappointing meal that ended up in the trash. During that call, the staff assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Fast forward to three days ago when I called to follow up on the replacement meal. I was met by a disgruntled older gentleman who made snide remarks about their policy on callback meals. I tried to explain my situation, as I had just been informed about the replacement policy days earlier. When I suggested that a refund would be acceptable since I planned to return, he became even more aggressive, insisting that I couldn't use my Apple Tap card for the refund. I was taken aback, especially since he identified himself as the general manager. My frustration grew when he actually told me never to come back and hung up on me. Now, when I try to call back for my $17 refund, it's evident that he instructed the staff to keep me on hold. I've tried calling four times, totaling over 15 minutes without any response. This entire experience has been unprofessional and extremely frustrating. While the takeout staff is usually great, the kitchen's quality seems inconsistent, and I've never dealt with someone so unfriendly and confrontational—especially someone in a management position. I love Chili's and am happy to take my business elsewhere. I just felt compelled to share this experience, as it really has affected me."
