First, I had to speak with six different representatives just to attempt to change my order, but by the time I finally got through, it was too late to make any modifications, and I ended up being charged twice for the new order. Second, they didn't honor their initial promise to switch the cheese to vegan cheese after I placed my order through Uber Eats, which they had discussed with me prior to my order. Lastly, if you offer vegan cheese on your menu, it should also be included on the Uber Eats menu. I shouldn’t have to make a phone call after placing my order to request it. As for vegetarian options, it's extremely challenging to place a vegan order online."
