"I took my friend to Joe's Crab Shack for the first time today. Our server, Nyisha, was very kind to our children and made my friend's experience great. My kids requested a song and dance, which was honored. The girls at the front desk were also very sweet and engaging. However, the highlight of our visit was the exceptional customer service we received when we accidentally left a special cup belonging to my daughter, who has a rare genetic bleeding disorder and requires close monitoring of her fluid intake. This cup is crucial for tracking her water intake after taking medication. When we realized we had left the cup behind, the staff at Joe's Crab Shack went above and beyond to try to find it. Despite their efforts, the cup was not found. Courtney Houston from the gift shop kindly offered a replacement water bottle to distract my upset daughter, who had a meltdown over losing her special cup. The manager, Victor Jones, also expressed his apologies and offered a replacement water bottle. Although the original cup was not recovered, my daughter now has a new water bottle to comfort her after taking her medication. The compassion and effort shown by the staff, including Nyisha, Courtney Houston, and Victor Jones, made a significant impact on my family. Their kindness and willingness to help in a difficult situation are truly appreciated. I hope the staff receives recognition for their exceptional service on the evening of Wednesday, April 25th.
