"the place was literally the most beautiful place I ever eaten! the floors were dirty, the seats had eating between the kissing and the back, the walls were dirty, and the icing on the cake was the hahn that ran over the table while we waited for food. if there are pfirsiche in the dining room, how many are in the kitchen? the eating was also low quality, prefabricated French toast that had no taste, bacon was good as the sausage, pouring were low quality, and the hockey puck biscuit was very strange. asked for sweet tee she came back and asked again, then came up with our drinks and said oh I had the wrong tee came back and gave us unsweetened tee! very disappointed and not even understand how they remain open. has not seen the review at the door, we have been looking for it!"

"My roommate and I decided to try out Del Taco for a special dinner. We opted for the location closest to us, as we were feeling lazy. Unfortunately, this particular Del Taco on Redlands Boulevard near the 10 freeway did not impress us. The portions were smaller than expected, the tortillas were dry, and the crispy chicken taco we ordered seemed more like a microwaved bun with chicken rather than a deep-fried delicacy. The staff was friendly and even accepted our coupons, providing us with some money-saving suggestions. However, the service was not particularly fast, so I can only give this location four stars."

"I ordered del taco through the app for delivery. It said delivered 5 minutes later. I went to call the store to see if it was actually picked up and when I tried to explain what happened to the girl on the phone, she wouldn’t listen. She kept telling me I have to contact the delivery service and I kept telling her that I didn’t know who picked up because it never said in the email and I never got any messages about it. They don’t like to listen and don’t like to help you with solutions they just care about the money no matter how they get it"

"I put 1 star because i had to put something to put a review. The two you men that were there, a tall big one and a little guy with earrings, gave us the worst service i have ever had. We went to the drive through because the dining room was locked after10 AM, when they're supposed to be open. These two employees have attitude and ignored me when i knocked, because the doors werestill locked at around 11. DO NOT GO HERE, if you like any kind of service, that is even decent. With that said, they even gotthe order wrong."

"Many strikes against this one Getting in and out of the driveway is hard as it shares one of the driveways. It is not an easy in and out. Food is usually okay but not great. Today was the death knell. What I ordered was a breakfast combo thatincluded hashbrowns both separately and in the entree. The hashbrowns were cooked in old grease. They tasted like last week'sbatch. They tainted what they ordered. I could have pulled them off, but realized they gave me a wrong entree. With the oldhashbrowns, the food was inedible. So, I managed to choke down one of the breakfast tacos because I was starving with no timeto get food from elsewhere. No time to turn around for a refund either. I was left nauseous. My husband rolled his eyes andtook a bite, not wanting to waste food. He swallowed, said it was a hard pass for him and threw the bag away. Save yourmoney, there are two other quality Del Tacos just up the street. Both have better food and they change their grease. I can'tbelieve they are going to use that foul grease all day today for fries, etc... Food is too expensive to throw away because ittastes too bad to eat."

After a moment, she finally asked if we wanted to order, but she didn’t even greet us first. My wife said “good morning” to her, but only received a half-hearted response in return. "I'm not sure what has happened to this Del Taco, but they are skimping on the portions. What you receive is definitely not as advertised by the corporate office. "I have been going to this location for ten years and they used to be the best Del Taco around. In the last six months the service and food have gone downhill. Whenever dining-in the staff is very unattentive and it takes forever to get anyones attention, order and get your food. Multiple times lately we have had food that was seriously lacking quantity. Bean and cheese burritos with a half teaspoon of cheese, tacos with just a couple of shreds of lettuce and a bit of cheese. Hardly any chili on chili cheese fries when I paid for extra. "Consistently one of the better Del Tacos we've visited. They serve breakfast late into the night, unlike others that only offer it in the morning. The prices are reasonable, and the quality is good enough to make this a great option for a quick dinner. One thing to note is that I've been vegetarian for over 15 years, and I started trying their Beyond meat in burritos and tacos. I've had Beyond meat many times before, but for some reason, it only seems to upset my stomach at Del Taco. I'm fine with bean burritos, but anything with Beyond meat at any Del Taco location consistently gives me digestive issues. **Vegetarian options:** They offer Beyond meat and bean options. However, I've experienced stomach problems almost every time I've eaten Beyond meat at any location."

One order of small size crinkle cut French Fries with a lot of ketchup packets, 2pieces of fried Caramel Cream Cheese Rolls, and one large size Strawberry Lemonade. I drove home to eat my food order. The BajaFirst SoftTacos, Crinkle Cut French Fries, Fried Caramel Cream Cheese Rolls, and Strawberry Lemonade was very delicious. The 2women who worked at the drive through window was very fast and polite when my ordered was ready and I paid for my order in cash."

"Love Del Taco. Tacos are big and well made. The only issue I've had is recently the fries have been subpar. Normally the fries are hot with the right amount of salty crisp that makes you wish you'd ordered a larger size. The last two times I've been, they were over cooked and not salted well, if at all. Not sure if I unknowingly picked Newbie Training Day or if someone I may have wronged from my past has been hired on and is now purposefully sabotaging the Del Taco fries in a fiendish plot of revenge. Bottom Line? It's good fast food at a still decent price."

"I have always been a fan of Del Taco, especially this particular location in my neighborhood. Last night, I decided to try their fish tacos and I was blown away by how delicious they were. If you like seafood, these are a must-try. We drove through the drive-thru and also ordered two shrimp tacos and two kids meals. However, when we got home, we realized they had forgotten the shrimp tacos. Despite this mix-up, I wasn't too bothered as the fish tacos were tasty, especially with the lemon they provided on the side. It seemed like they were quite busy and short-staffed that night, so I understand how mistakes can happen. Keep up the good work, guys!"

"We stopped in to get some food and when we walked up to the counter there were 4 employees. We stood there for a bit and then one of the girls just walked by us and didn 't acknowledge us. The other three kept talking and when finally a girl came to take our order, she was like a zombie no expression or anything. My husband said Hi, how 're you doing? and she looked very uncomfortable like she didn 't want to engage. We ordered and felt like we were being given the cold shoulder. After the order, she just walked away. We noticed while we ordered that the cook was on her phone right there were the food was. While we were waiting for our food, I went to the bathroom and the first girl who had walked by us came out of the bathroom. After I washed my hands I realized there were no paper towels in the bathroom so either 1) she didn 't dry her hands, 2) she didn 't wash her hands or 3) she didn 't care. She definitely didn 't go replace them after I got out because we were waiting for our food and saw her not go back in to the bathroom. As we were waiting, the guy employee just points to a bag and says to my husband This is your order with a tone like how did he not know that already, even though my husband hadn 't even gotten his receipt yet, the order was never handed to him or even called out to be ready. We had to ask for the receipt and it seemed like a big deal to have to get one for us. We both walked out of there with the exact same feeling we are a different race than the employees and we just looked at each other and said the same thing I think they just treated us that way because we are ________ . It was really obvious that it wasn 't just bad service, they actually felt we did not deserve their time and we were being given the cold shoulder. To add insult to injury, my bean burrito had a stale tortilla and one of my husbands taco shells was not good. The root beer was watered down. I don 't think it could 've gotten any worse they pretty much checked off all the boxes for FAIL!"
