"Came here with some friends before a Raptors game. My favourite part of this place was the atmosphere. There were so many TVs all around the place, even the bathrooms. I didn't have to worry about missing any part of any game. The service here was great. All the staff members were very friendly and the food came out quickly. We got: Jamaican Beef Patties $16 [ground short rib, brisket, crispy pastry, jerk aioli] I was very surprised by how delicious these were! The beef filling made it like a gourmet patty. Fan Fave Wings $18 ‍[a pound of their signature jumbo wings, marinated in buttermilk and spices, dipped in a crispy coating, and tossed in your choice of sauce] I tried their garlic parm and bbq wings. I loved their wings so much that I wish they had more pieces in there. Mocktail Jr Garden Party $7 [cucumber thai chili lemonade, ginger ale] This was so refreshing and the flavours worked so well together! Overall, I had a lot of fun here. I would definitely come back with friends to watch more games. :"

"This place had amazing wings! My girlfriend and I were visiting a friend (we are from Texas) and she brought us here. When I lived in Fort Walton Beach FL there was this place called Buffalo's Reef that had the best wings and blue cheese I've ever had!This place is exactly the same, if you like blue cheese with wings, this is a must stop. It's one of those places that I have togo to when I get back to that area."

"Heard a lot about this place and decided we had better check it out because we do love German cuisine and Beer. Got there was pleased to see how nice it looked at night all lit up. 6:30 pm Had about a 30 min wait and was directed to the Bar. Had a Hefeweizen and a Pilsner. Pilsner was great as well as the Hef. Ordered The Spicy and regular bratwurst and the Fish and chips which had a price listing as seasonal. We were told it was Halibut, now we?ve had some amazing F&C?s with Thick juicy Halibut Chunks and at that price point of $13 I should have backed up but it?s Oregon fresh Halibut right? They were no bueno. Seemingly caught fresh from the Freezer, it was made right by our server and desert was free. I loved my Bratwurst but they could have been a bit more juicy but oh well. I will go back and try some other dishes. The appetizers we ordered were the Cabbage Rolls. They were bland and more gravy than meat I?m afraid. We may just hit the sampler tray next time sans those. The Pretzel was Bomb but the Bechamel?ish Dip didn?t do it for me. Nacho cheese or mustard would have done it though. All in all well go back to try the other food and make a final decision to go for beers or Dinner. Thanks to our server she was awesome!! Go check it out for yourself see what you think."

"If they would let me, I'd live at Hearthstone.....truly and no joke, but alas that is not allowed so I'll just have to settle with eating there as much as my pocketbook will allow. I've never had a bad anything from them. My son loves sandwiches and always orders the sandwich of the month or an old favorite. Even with questionable combinations like cranberry-pesto spread on a sandwich was a great idea! It was a mayonnaise-like spread with just a hint of cranberry and it was delicious. Everything tastes homemade and you get good portions for your money. A personal favorite is the triple chocolate Belgian waffles. You wouldn't think several small waffles on your plate would do the job but they do. Many places, you can order the exact meal every day and get it prepared a hundred different ways or different portions and you wonder what the heck they're doing back there. Not at Hearthstone, every item is the same at anytime you order it. Consistency is the key here. I've not expanded my horizons much and I pretty much stick to the breakfast meals when I can get them, they're by far my favorite and the best. I've had the tortilla soup- delicious. It wasn't any saltier then any other tortilla soup I've had, and I've had my fair share. I've ordered the breakfast bowl, dessert (bread pudding, creme brulee, etc) and the wedge salad- all excellent! Once, I ordered a breakfast muffin from them I think, on an English muffin, when I got it I thought it was wrong. English muffins are small though... the price was around $5, that's about the same as some stale, under- the -heat- lamps- too- long, breakfast sandwich from some fast food place but surely doesn't taste the same. The breakfast sandwich was correct with fresh eggs, bacon, and cheese. You won't find that at McDonald's et al. I don't consider myself a breakfast connoisseur but I do know a thing or two about breakfasts. Hearthstone is reasonably priced and the restaurant is clean, bright, and well-maintained. The associates are always polite, considerate and just an overall pleasure. This is a little tucked away gem of a restaurant that may get overlooked but it shouldn't as its worth a look. You won't be disappointed."

"I had my first visit to this restaurant today with a friend. I ordered a caramel latte with extra caramel flavor, and after taking a sip, I quickly realized it was not good at all. I asked my friend to try it as well, and she agreed it was unpleasant. After only taking two sips, I asked the waitress if I could have the drink removed from the bill since I couldn't drink it. She said she would need to check with the manager. Based on the manager's attitude during their conversation, I suspected I'd be stuck paying almost $9 for the drink, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened. There was no apology or offer to make me a new drink or substitute it for something else on the menu. I was simply told I had to pay for it. I'm not one to complain, but I believe this situation was poorly handled, and it certainly won't encourage me to return."

"The three friends and I went here to celebrate two of the girls' birthdays. We lived in the neighborhood for a while, and all of us have heard about this place numerous times, but it was all of our first time trying the restaurant.The walls are filled with paintings and the color scheme create a warm feel. We were seated at one of the booths, and the seats were comfortable. We ordered Spinach Salad and Thai Pizza. The Salad was good as expected. Thai Pizza was definitely unique. It wasn't bad, but none of us were convinced that Asian ingredients on pizza dough was fitting or appealing to our taste buds.The waitress didn't come by often, but was nice when there were interactions. One thing I was a bit disappointed about was that, despite the additional note I made on my reservation log along with the call I gave them as a reminder regarding the birthdays, I had to remind ask the waitress regarding the birthday notes. When this was brought up, she simply said, Oh there was no notes about it. For I have contacted them twice for this matter, yet there was no update on it, I was definitely disappointed. Other than that, overall it was a good experience. I would say this would be a chill neighborhood place to spend time with family or friends"

"My husband has a thing for street tacos but his typical restaurant was closed when his cravings hit. He searched for tacos nearby as we are in the county and he found Mi Ranchito. He opted for their soft flour shell steak tacos with pico. He was over the moon. They were good but where I do like steak, I don't want it in a taco.The next time his cravings hit he called Mi Ranchito to order. I decided to change it up and go with their fried flour shell with chicken instead of the steak. Oh my tastebuds! They are out of this world and I am hooked. The flour shell being deep fried gives a very delicate crunch that is addictive! Add their salsa verde, which is spicier than the regular salsa, and some sour cream to it, and the flavors combined with the chicken are to die for!I usually cook at home every night but this place has already taken three nights of cooking off my list just over the last two weeks. It is a little pricey per taco but well worth it. And I don't have to wash dishes those nights.They also have a buffet during lunch hours. I haven't tried it yet but I have out of state company coming in and it is on the table for places to go."

"Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."

"I am relatively new to the Conroe area…about 3 years. I have several people recommend this place to me but had not gone until last weekend. A friend and I went looking at Christmas lights. After we were finished decided to grab a bite to eat. It was about an hour before closing. Was only a couple other people in there. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. The food was great. I had chicken fried steak which is my most favorite food and is how I judge a restaurant. It was delicious!! Everything was delicious. I also had the fried green tomatoes. The very best I have ever had!!!"

"Staying across the road, needed some dinner and didn't fancy a drive anywhere so walked here across the highway. It doesn't look much from the outside and inside, it's a little worse for wear but thankfully my server was excellent, full of beans and very helpful indeed. Otherwise I may have been stuck with the other server, who was in a foul mood (happens to us all) but was behaving in a pretty erratic way and was moaning and complaining loudly about her job to anyone that would listen. Thankfully her shift ended and I was looked after by someone who made what was pretty mediocre food (cooked by dudes with not a hairnet or glove or any sanitary measure between them) a lot better by want of her positive attitude. There isn't a whole heap of options in Alliance and I'm guessing you could do worse than this very average diner."

"I drove 20 min to this restaurant after calling a order in , got there to pick up 3 orders and side order of fries and iwas shorted 5 wings notice when I was going back home called them to let them know I did not get my wings while driving back ,the person on the phone said she was going to tell the owners ,then literally tells me the owner said he bagged them so he knows he gave it to me.. did u forget you did not give me my drink when I came in the first time ,,,so he literally called me a liar …,lying about the wings when I also left them a tip 7,00 tip to the same person that did not give me my drink or wings then to top it off fries are given to me in a bag we paid more than 20 dollars drove 20 min and his response was unacceptable as a owner …never will I go back"

"Rice was bland that’s being nice, “Gold” Margarita awful heartburn city, the beef mixture for tacos and enchiladas had so much grease it left me feeling like I just ate McDonald’s, server seemed upset he had to be there and it was our fault, charro beans no flavor, the beef fajita meat was disgusting bland and tasted like it was boiled my husband ate it because we paid for it but I spit my one bite out, shrimp cocktail was definitely frozen shrimp the sauce was wayyyy too sweet and slimy, my advice is to pick out the shrimp and rinse it off in the salsa it makes it taste way better. Guac and salsa were both good that’s the only nice thing I can say. I gave 3 stars on atmosphere because the restaurant itself is nice and the servers at the other tables seemed like they were having a good time and at least were happy to be there. That’s my honest review of my experience here tonight."

"I tried reaching out to the owner by phone but only got voicemail and no response. So, I sent this email tonight: Hi David, I called earlier but ended up on voicemail. A few weeks ago, we visited again based on friends’ recommendations. While I still find the wings overpriced, the service was good. We heard you made some changes, and it seemed to be paying off. Last week, when I returned with my grandson, we had excellent service and great food. However, we came back again tonight with friends, and the service was just average. The wings were unbelievably small once more. To make matters worse, I specifically requested all flats, but we received a mix of flats and drums, which I refused to accept. To compensate, my friends were given five extra wings, but paying nearly $8 for such tiny wings feels ridiculous. The inconsistency in food quality and wing size is very frustrating. Customers expect their orders to be consistent each time, but that’s not the case at Jefferson’s in Hiram—whether it's wings or cheesesteaks. Those in our group who ordered burgers were happy, but the wing orders left many disappointed. You really need to address your supply chain issues and ensure both waitstaff and kitchen staff are held accountable for properly fulfilling orders. The waitress said she spoke with the manager, but it’s disappointing that the manager didn’t personally address our concerns."
