"The music in the dining room was deafening and could be heard in the bar as well. It was impossible to have a conversation without shouting. We decided to order happy hour drinks, but the noise was so unbearable that we had to take our drinks outside. However, when we did so, the drinks were repriced at double the amount because the happy hour price was only valid in the bar. Additionally, we tried to order garlic bread but were told it was only available in the bar, not outside. These policies seemed completely unreasonable."

"De Palma's has two locations, one of the West Side of Athens and another on Broad Street in Downtown. We have mostly patronized the West side branch because it is close to home but the menus are the same and the quality of the food and service are generally equal. This is good solid Italian fare with some rather inventive dishes added the fried cheese ravioli with artichokes is a favorite of mine. Their pizzas are really good too. They have a good wine selection and reasonably priced. The service is always friendly and professional."

"I booked this as a celebration brunch after the Rock n Roll Half Marathon for my family visiting from out of town. I’d been before for the bottomless brunch and was looking forward to showing it off. After we got seated, we were told that they no longer served the bottomless food, just the **** mary’s/mimosas. Definitely disappointing since that was the main reason I booked this reservation. The rest of the food was okay, nothing to write home about. We also were frustrated with the very loud live music that made it impossible to talk. Overall just an okay experience and probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come back."

The pizza was inedible (too much cheese, dough too thick and they made a mistake and topped it with sausage instead of shishito peppers. and I say that as someone who LOVES pizza. "I hadn't been in for a while, when I took my wife in for her birthday this week, we were in for disappointment.The menu has changed and the choices are no longer what one would consider fine dinning. but the prices are still set a a very high level. My order of Fist & Chips was over $17. and was no better than what you'd get in a frozen dinner at you locale supermarket. My wife's pasta dish was left largely uneaten. My son did enjoy his pulled pork sandwich. The whole dinning experience was a great disappointment. this coming from one of our former favorite.it was certainly an over priced meal considering what we got on our plates.will not be back."

"We had dinner in the outdoor courtyard, and it was a delightful experience. We were celebrating our anniversary and had two of our closest friends with us. They surprised us with a complimentary appetizer that was delicious and something we wouldn't have chosen ourselves. It consisted of a small portion of waffle and fried chicken breast served on a flavorful bed of collard greens. Every entrée was excellent, and dining under the stars added to the charm of the evening. We will definitely be returning. Andrew, the manager, was very attentive to our needs, and Elyse, the bartender, was not only accommodating but also quite beautiful."

"The last time we went to Locali probably marks the 50th time since we moved here a couple of years ago. And not one single time have we ever experienced food that was anything but perfectly prepared, delicious and exactly like the first time I tasted it. The consistency is off the charts. I spent a long time in the fine dining restaurant industry in my 20s and 30s and I can tell you right now. I’m quite picky. This kind of consistency is what restaurateurs can only dream about. Hands-down , this is our favorite pizza spot in Fairfield County. Thin crispy perfect crust every time! Judging from my last trip to Naples, I don’t think you can get better. But of course, when it comes to pizza, everyone’s a connoisseur. That being said, this is some high-quality pie. I’ve pretty much made a run through the whole menu over the years and you really can’t go wrong. If it’s coming out of that kitchen, it’s a gonna be a good! Highly recommended!!!"

"This was a first time dining experience in Cali…I recommend the restaurant 100%! They were a busy place indeed. The staff is so friendly, and we came in with a reservation and showed early. The hostess checked in with each person waiting to be seated multiple times-you don’t see that very much in most places. A good vibe inside and the atmosphere is nice also. Even though we were early, we still did have to wait almost 15min beyond our rez to be seated but, we were delighted when they offered to bring us an appetizer because they were sorry we had to wait so long. Awesome tasting food and they serve breakfast and lunch as well daily."

"I had a fantastic breakfast at Jimmy's! I ordered the basic egg plate from the Sunday brunch menu, and everything else on the menu looked delicious—I definitely wanted to try more. The salmon entree was incredible, and the chicken Arrabiata had just enough spice. They have create yourown pizza and pasta. My wife chose to create her own pizza which was filled with very good pesto sauce, and the thin crust wasvery delicious. Had cannolo Siciliano for dessert. This most certainly was homemade, not out of a box, and extremely delicious!A very nice touch, dessert was complimentary. Honestly, I think the kids eat free options for Sunday will keep us coming backhere particularly on Sundays, as it is a nice touch although really not just down the street for a casual lunch ...it 's a goodsolid 30 minutes from Fossil Creek with no traffic. I would like the wine list to be a little broader especially with regard towhite wines. They had some pretty good red wines for us winos, but it is definitely a Kendall Jackson heavy list includingKendall Jackson 's Italian label (Tenuta Arceno) but Arceno is very well made."

"Transfer Pizza is a great choice for vegans in the Milwaukee area. Our server was friendly, funny, and took the time to walk us through the entire menu. They offer both basic pizzas and what they call "extreme pizzas" with unique toppings like fried potatoes. I opted for the lunch special, which included a medium pizza with one topping and a drink for just $6.95. I chose vegan Teese cheese, fried potatoes, and onions for my pizza and it was delicious! This was definitely one of the best vegan pizzas I've had, and combined with the excellent customer service, it made for a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend Transfer Pizza."

"Unbelievable experience. We ordered lasagna tonight, or at least what was supposed to be lasagna. It was primarily ground beef with very few noodles and a bland sauce. When they served it, it resembled shepherd's pie more than lasagna. There was no ricotta cheese in sight. How can a restaurant claim to be Italian and not know how lasagna should look or taste? We also tried the pizza and chicken Alfredo. They were decent, but not impressive. On the positive side, the waitstaff were very friendly, and the bread they served with the meal was quite good. Unfortunately, there was a lack of consistency overall, and I doubt the chef tastes the food before serving it. The dining room had a vibe similar to a truck stop. I can understand this sort of experience at chain restaurants today, but it was still disappointing. Additionally, they charge a 3.25% fee for credit card usage, which isn’t removed until after the receipt is printed. It’s hard to believe!"

"Lauren, our server, rocked throughout lunch service on this Tuesday in mid August. I read online that they serve freshly breaded Ipswich clams and had to dine there. Appetizer of fried clams $13.99 , a lunch special of broiled salmon entree $13.99 , a lunch special plate of 4 scallops and 4 shrimp $15.99 served with fresh steamed broccoli and sliced carrots, sweet potato fries and homemade slaw. The fried clams breading needed more seasoning, tasted flat. Either salt the clam or season the breadcrumbs with bay seasoning or fish seasoning. The fresh fish pieces were average, salmon Atlantic farm raised? was buttery and tasty. I stopped by the fresh market to purchase lobster salad and some tuna. Both enhanced with celery, onion and really delicious. Great job to men in kitchen assembling these salads. Also bought some lobster bisque. The inside is spacious, urban and clean. I will be back to try other specialties. Nice place."
