"I eat here a lot considering my work place is down the road, I always order over the app. I ordered a salad right, a SALAD, ya know with lettuce?? Picked my food up, excited to eat. I open my bowl and there was not one shred of lettuce in there. I only had rice, beans, chicken and cheese. No lettuce for my salad . Even on the app it says Romain lettuce , doesn 't give you the option to take out or add more, so not sure how the lettuce got misplaced from my SALAD. Tried to contact the store, phones just say busy no one can pick up during peak hours. Tried to go through the website, heard nothing back."

"I cannot stand this chipotle. The first time I tried it I believe they left their food out for far too long and I got food poisoning but that is not why I’m writing this review. I gave it another another try twice this week and for one the white rice was hard to chew both times and If you ever get take out at this location at night, I swear to you the platinum blonde girl w a septum piercing will purposely not put your chips in the bag. It’s happened to me twice now. It’s very much not a big deal but even if you call this location to get sent straight to some automated message and can’t even speak to anyone to complain about it."

"I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 11:40, but I didn't receive it until 12:00. This is the third time I've experienced this issue at this location. There were about five other customers waiting for their orders too, while people who walked in to place orders were served quickly with no line at all. I decided to get in line and informed an employee about the delay and asked if he could check on my order to avoid making duplicates. He said he would help. However, the manager came over and told me they couldn't do that because they had other tasks to attend to. When I pointed out that it had already been 20 minutes, she still refused to have anyone assist with online orders, despite the fact that there was no one else in line. If someone walked in, they would be served immediately, and I could have gotten my food faster by ordering on-site. I strongly advise against ordering online at this location; you'll end up waiting too long."

"The food was excellent, as always, and the staff were friendly. However, I have some concerns about the pricing. I understand that costs can rise, but charging more than $1 for a scoop of queso seems excessive, especially when someone asks for ½ a scoop on one item and 1.5 scoops on another—shouldn't that total three scoops? Additionally, why is a "large" queso—equivalent to about three or four scoops—priced the same as an entrée? It’s frustrating that a large queso and chips cost $9, especially when the chips are often stale from sitting out all day. I ended up paying the same price for a bowl as I did for the large queso. I don’t intend to dine at any of these locations again because of this. It was evident why there was no line here last night while every other restaurant was packed. Next time, I’ll gladly wait in the long line at In-N-Out to know I’m getting my money’s worth."

"This chipotle is honestly the worst location every time you’re going to want to avoid it. It’s ghetto and they just don’t care about anything.. and if you think ordering online or through a delivery app will be quicker think again…. You’ll go in there and it will take you an hour before you walk out with your single burrito order. You’ll wait 30 minutes or more for them to make it then once it’s made it’ll take 30 minutes for them to actually hand it to you even if you tell them the name on your order 5 different times. Super slow and they’ll just act like you don’t exist. It’s been this way for a long time and it doesn’t get any better.. and they might tell you that you can only pay for your food with exact change. delivery drivers you’ll want to avoid this place as well no point in getting paid $3 to wait an hour for the food then have the customer made at you because it’s cold and took over an hour. Aside from the horrible service they’re just rude and don’t make you feel welcome at all and most likely won’t make you’re order correctly or will be out of things. The service is probably better at Neil Street McDonald’s honestly."

"Unfortunately, this location frequently runs out of essential ingredients such as fajitas, chicken, and steak. In fact, during seven out of my last ten visits or orders, there were mistakes with our delivery and online orders, sometimes to the extent that you might wonder if they even read the order ticket. It seems that management is somewhat disconnected from their customers and the level of service provided. I wholeheartedly recommend Chipotle as a whole and enjoy dining there weekly; however, I have chosen to take my business to other locations. "I would usually give 5 stars but on this particular day I wanted a bowel with Pollo asado and the liquid cheese. The girl that was helping me said no that's all we have and we have to save it for online orders. Are you kidding me!? So naturally I was irritated by the girls response and then asked to speak to the mod. A few minutes later she came out and I explained what the girl had said to me and the manager apologized and explained that they were having difficulties with there online system and they were having problems getting enough cheese due to shortage. I understood then and I said to the Mgr ok I understand and the girl that helped me should have explained it to me alittle better instead of letting me think that the online orders were more important that people standing in front of you. The Mgr apologized again and said it's above their pay grade to know all the specifics. CHIPOTLE: you must communicate with ALL your associates about things like this so your customers don't get the wrong idea about your company because of lack of communication"

"If you haven't been to Chipotle by now. It's time to give it a try! Chipotle is the ultimate food of the instant gratification generation. Get it line, tell them exactly what you want and how much you want and then eat it and go! The lines can be long, but they move quickly promise). We love it because the food is healthy and there aren't too many choices I hate making decisions) Choose from salad, bowl, burritos or tacos, then your choice of meats, and fillers. I love their vegetarian because their guac is delicious. The last choice is chips/salsa or chips/guac. I'd pass not because they aren't good) but because their food is in generous portions and I over eat otherwise. Not on the menu yes, they will make the quesadillas) Either a kids meal or one of those is perfect."

"The food was excessively watery. They only gave me two napkins with my order, and I ended up using both to soak up the liquid at the bottom of my burrito bowl. The taste was disappointing, and there was a large piece of chicken that didn’t look fully cooked. This is not something I usually experience when I visit Chipotle in person. However, the Large Chips and Large Guacamole were just as great as always."

"Came here during lunch break. I felt so bad watching a new girl have to struggle to roll a burrito in front a long line of people while the other girl was throwing utensils and saying she needed to learn. I don't think it's a great idea to teach someone the hardest part of the job during 12 o clock hour when ppl are on company. I felt so bad for the pressure this girl must of felt in that moment while someone else working yelled she needs to learn. Food was great I just wish the situation was handled a little better."

"We usually love Chipotle and order from them often without any problems. However, this recent experience was very disappointing! The meat was mostly fat and gristle, leaving us to discard more than we could actually eat. To make things worse, we found a large piece of gristly chicken in our queso dip! Why would there even be meat in the queso dip? The preparation was lacking, and the quality of this order was not up to par. We may have to think twice about ordering from Chipotle again."

"chipotle, like most fast casual restaurants, can be a reliable and consistent, if not inspired choice for vegan and vegetarian foods. the sofritas topping is vegan; it is, however, not salt-free or oil-free. the sofritas themselves contain 10 grams of fat and 560 mg of sodium for each portion. brown rice adds another 6 grams of fat. the sofritas, brown rice, black beans with fresh tomato salsa and romaine lettuce is over 17 grams fat and over 1500mg sodium. the good news, of course, it is always the same pay at all sockets, and they can cut them components in a large circumference."

"this is the recommendation I sent to qdoba. safety protection for the two workers who worked by themselves yesterday. I didn't want to disturb her to get her names, but I'm sure they know who they are. Sunday after the church we were looking for a place to lunch, we had not very pleasant experiences with chipotle since covid, but we thought there was still an attempt as it was on the way to our next border. we came there and there was a message at the door that said that due to a personal shortage they only accept and pick up mobile orders. Even after the sight of the notiz we have our head in and asked the 4 employees stand to make a break because they just got over a mobile rush without customers in the building if they couldn't take our order because we don't have the mobile app and I didn't want to take the time to download them and order them online. they said no. a sign against the ground why we haven't eaten there since covid! we then went to qdoba in east peoria, where we saw more cars on the parking lot than ever, we went into a line more than halfway to the door, and people sitting down enjoying their meal. Behind the theke there were only two people! but they worked hard to get people through the line. I mean, these two hired were on the point, the line was a little slow, but they kept it moving constantly while they were very polite, apologetic and very efficient. I felt bad for them and really wanted to go behind the counter and just do ingredients refills and clean themselves behind them, fill up the supplies in the dining room and wipe out tables; I didn't leave, but I wanted to. Anyway, they didn't lose customers, and I think everyone there was very grateful for his hard work and determinedness! I know we thank them several times. we ate in the dining room and watched how more people came and they just put away, after all they had a few minutes from no customer where they could refill, clean and breathe! please recognize these two employees to keep their doors open and to serve their customers in a very courteous and competent way! these are dedicated employees who abandon all the business I am sure chipotle!"

"The parking lot is normally really crazy with a long wait so I have gotten used to mobile ordering. The mobile order is always late. My order and another person's must have gotten swapped because my lid and bag were for me, but the order was the exact opposite of my selections. I drove back to ask for it to be remade with my order from the lid and was informed that they don't do remakes. I asked what my option was then because it wasn't my fault the assembly line put the wrong lid on the wrong order. I was told I have to call Chipotle's main line to request a refund. 30 minutes on the phone later and I got a refund. Seems like a ridiculous system. Don't throw your food away if it's wrong. You need the order number from the bag to be able to claim a refund. Otherwise the phone tree can't help you. And don't bother going back to the restaurant if the food is wrong unless you're willing to do a separate order and pay twice, because they won't remake it for you."

"During our conversation outside for the interview, I noticed that she was quite rude to the staff, snapping at one of them to clean up a mess, which made me feel bad for the employee. Throughout the interview, her demeanor was odd and unprofessional. As a 16-year-old, it was clear to me that her behavior did not meet the expectations I would have for a manager. After the interview, she told me I would hear back within 24 hours, but I didn’t receive a call the next day. When I followed up, I managed to reach her, but she answered the phone in a very brusque manner. I would have appreciated a warm greeting, something like, "Hello! How may I help you?" When I mentioned my interview, she asked for the name of the person who interviewed me but didn’t introduce herself, which I found quite unprofessional. Now, it has been a week with no follow-up call. This seems to reflect a larger issue, as I've noticed that many Chipotle locations often have rude managers and lackluster customer service. It's disappointing because I was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. I believe management should be reevaluated, as all employees deserve to be treated with respect. This has been the worst interaction I've ever had with a manager, and it's disheartening to not even receive a courtesy call back. Overall, it was an incredibly unprofessional experience, and just recalling it feels overwhelming. To the manager at the El Camino Chipotle – you know who you are."
