"This was a terrible experience. The bar area was freezing and our server was hardly visible. I had to go to the bar myself to get a drink from our table. I ordered the steak tips medium rare with a side of fries, but the steak tips were well done and the fries never arrived. We had to ask for everything and then had to take our bill to the bartender to pay. There were lots of servers just sitting around and doing nothing. It's no surprise that this place was empty at 6:00."
