"This was the first time I 've seen a Korean restaurant in a mall food court stall setup. I saw Kimbap somewhere on the menu on line as a special but it was not available that day. They did have a warmer on the counter with what looked like very large bao buns. I had the pork bun, a good amount of flavorful meat inside a tender, warm bun.I also ordered Yangnyeom, or korean fried chicken. I had boneless, not sure if bone-in was available. Crispy and juicy chunks of fried chicken in a flavorful, spicy sauce. Served with a small side of broccoli and large serving of white rice. Finally, I ordered Japchae, or glass noodles with beef. This generous portion of clear, sweet potato noodles with lots of vegetables were in a delicious soy based sauce. The beef however , while tasty and reasonably tender, did sort of have the consistency of the type of thin sheets of steak you would buy frozen to make cheese steaks. Overall, it was a great Japchae and would order again and try a different protein. If you are in the area of the Hampshire mall in Hadley, MA, I would definitely give this place a try."
