"I had the great pleasure of dining at Mojka, a hidden gem of a Korean restaurant located in the lively Astoria neighborhood, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, attentive service, accompanied by delicious aromas that heightened our anticipation for the meal. Mojka’s menu presents a delightful combination of traditional Korean dishes with modern twists, which was clear from the meals we ordered. The Bulgogi Nachos were a perfect blend of juicy marinated beef and crispy nachos, all topped with a generous amount of cheese and spicy mayo. Each bite was a flavorful explosion that kept us craving more. Next, we tried the Bibimbap, a classic Korean dish beautifully served in a hot stone bowl. The warm, perfectly cooked rice was accompanied by a vibrant selection of vegetables, savory marinated beef, and a fried egg on top. The gochujang sauce provided just the right amount of spice, making this dish truly memorable and satisfying. However, the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Beef Bulgogi Steak Sandwich. The tender, juicy bulgogi was perfectly sandwiched between two soft buns, enhanced by a unique Korean-inspired sauce. Each bite showcased the chef's talent for creating innovative dishes that highlight the wonderful flavors of Korean cuisine. Throughout our meal, the service at Mojka was exceptional. We were thoughtfully offered hand sanitizer and a hot towel at the start of our dining experience, which showed their commitment to our comfort and safety. The manager checked in on us several times to ensure everything was perfect. Mojka is a must-visit for anyone in search of a remarkable culinary adventure in Astoria. With its unique dishes, impeccable service, and welcoming atmosphere, you're bound to leave satisfied and eager to return. Don't miss out on this incredible dining experience!"

"This is my first time trying sushi here I had tried calling to place an order but was put on hold for over 30 minutes. After no success to anyone getting back to us, my family and I decided to just place the order online. We went to go pick up our food and paid cash for the entire transaction. After walking around and waiting a little bit longer for our food, we came back in to pick it up. We took our food, thanked them, and went outside to check if everything was there because we live 40 minutes away and didn?t want to miss anything that my family at home ordered. Low and behold, there was something missing and we came back in and asked for the missing item. The hostess came out, handed us our food, and gave us an entire spiel about how next time we place a large order to-go, we should tip her and her hostess staff for their ?troubles?. I am a very sensible person so I just let her go on and walked away. Now I know that times are tough and everyone needs a helping hand but I sure as hell will not tip someone who did little to nothing handling my food. If I KNEW for 100% that my tip could go to the men behind the sushi bar making my food or if I was able to hand my tip directly to them, THEN I would?ve tipped easily. However I know in today?s day and age how things work, especially with immigrant workers. Don?t sound so entitled to money when you make a base minimum wage and some people don?t have that privilege. SushiNati, get a better host staff because this one is full of entitled young white girls acting a little too racist for my liking. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, absolutely DISGUSTING service. Will definitely never return here and will definitely be giving the owners a call."

"Honestly, I didn't know what to expect from this place. My family and I wanted to try a new place as most of the KBBQ places around us lack veggies as an option and we wanted to celebrate my mom's birthday so she got full dibs on where to go.This place blew my mind. It's an all you can eat KBBQ joint, but it also has buffet tables full of Korean side dishes (the freshest i've had in a long time), desserts, and UNLIMITED rice (most places charge a dollar a bowl extra). Also an ice cream machine as a plus. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. If you're newer to KBBQ, they often help prep the meals on the grill, and assist with when to turn the meats if needed. Otherwise, they come around fairly often to ask if you'd like to order more or refill water. For pricing, it's $30 dollars for adults on a standard menu, and $39 for the deluxe which includes a couple more options. In all fairness, this is incredibly fair pricing especially with the amount of options you have. PLUS the meat is actually so good, and as an added tip, make sure to use the dipping sauces! They added a gratuity of 18% which was very well deserved with the level of service we got.Overall, I had a favorite KBBQ place, but now this has won my #1 spot!Kid-friendliness: I saw a few tables with babies eating the food, and the staff will bring in Booster seats to help accommodate. It was pretty wholesome.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: When you walk over some of the mats on the floor, it feels like you walk over vents, so kudos to them for accomodating!"
