"Unfortunately, the staff member or manager, Lia, was not very pleasant. She seemed rushed and overwhelmed, mentioning that she was the only one there handling calls and other tasks. When we discussed the date and time I wanted, she informed me that they would need to close for two seating arrangements for my event. I was also disappointed to find out that they only offered two types of tea for the high tea party.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the limited tea options, she raised her voice and insisted that this was their standard practice and there was nothing she could do about it. Throughout the conversation, she was dismissive and seemed eager to end the call. I asked if I could speak to someone higher up, but she informed me there was no one else available.
After the way she treated me, I decided to think it over. She quickly responded that it was no problem and abruptly hung up on me. Given my experience and the impression I received, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you plan to visit, be prepared to follow their rules without question, or you may encounter a similar level of annoyance. I will certainly not return."
