"Unbelievable: terrible service, awful customer service, lack of accountability. I had to give at least 1 star to post this, I 'd have given zero if allowed. I ordered online and the system indicated my $55 cheese pizza and twists would arrive in an hour. Yep, It 's a Friday night. An hour and twenty minutes go by and I decide to call. 30 rings before someone picked up: their phone rang 30 times!! Awful. Guy answers and tells me my order would arrive in another 25 minutes, making it 1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering 1 cheese pizza and a dozen twists. He said it was really busy, (obviously) but I stated that the pizza was close to a half hour late from the time promised. He repeated that they were busy. I asked something like a cookie or a salad to be complimentary, and without hesitation, immediately he said no, his manager wouldn 't allow it. I asked to speak to the manager, who was put in charge on a Friday night with zero managerial skills. He sounded like a kid in high school. Shame on the owners for putting a kid in charge on a night where their phone rang 30 times before being answered. The manager, Tyler, after hearing my complaint, simply said they were busy and my order would not be delivered for another 25 min. When I asked him to at least throw something in, comp salad or cookie, he said his superior manager strictly enforced no give always. He then suggested I could go pick up the order and get my $5 delivery fee back. I asked if my pizza was sitting and waiting to be delivered and he confirmed it was under the warmer. Not only was my pizza going to sit under a warmer for another 25 min, this guy did absolutely nothing to try and apologize, offer a discount, make this customer happy. Instead I listened to him explain how the web designers have been asked to fix the website to display accurate wait times, how he was short staffed, etc. I never received an apology. The only thing this manager did to try to make this situation right was to tell me I could come pick it up myself, it was all ready, and he would remove the delivery fee. I canceled my order. They couldn 't offer an apology nor give a cookie away. Come on, that is ridiculous that they were willing to lose $55 bucks and a long time customer, which they did. For the price, it 's not worth it, order elsewhere. I highly recommend The Italian Brothers Pizza: you won 't be disappointed as their pizza is fresh, authentic and delicious, and you won 't will you have to deal with terrible customer service. Don 't even know why I came back to Round Table, a classic pizza that has just gone downhill slowly but surely and have hit rock bottom."
