"I made a reservation for Valentine's Day with my partner and our daughter. Initially, we were greeted warmly, but things quickly went downhill from there. We ordered a salad and pizza, but the salad didn’t arrive until 40 minutes after we placed our order. Hours passed, and our pizzas still hadn’t come. When we inquired about our food, we were informed that our ticket had been lost and they were not prepared to serve us. What was supposed to be a special evening with family turned into a disaster. By 9 PM, we found ourselves driving around Phoenix looking for a drive-thru because we were starving. It was especially frustrating to watch other diners get their food while we felt completely ignored and forgotten. Although the owner did apologize, they missed the opportunity to offer us drinks or our salad as compensation."
