"Great first experience today at Boichik! While waiting for our bagels outside, we chatted with the owner who is super kind and friendly. I don't eat a lot of bagels, but I was expecting a lighter chewier bagel...maybe next time I'll try un-toasted. Regardless, the everything bagel and pumpernickel raisin swirl were very tasty, and the organic orange juice was great as well. I very much appreciate that they have a local vegan cream cheese option (Kite Hill), and that they are Kosher. Looking forward to trying the pumpernickel caraway and salt as a sandwich with vegan cream cheese and veggies. I hope this charming business continues to thrive!"
