"This business is not new, contrary to what some reviews stated earlier. They used to be a block away, in a smaller space, by the old Jollibee, which is now a chicken/fish joint, near Walgreens. Same offerings, just a lot more space for the grocery items, which competes with the many Asian stores in our area. What stands out is they have a variety specific to Filipino snacks like Skyflakes as soon as you walk in and an All Day menu of cooked foods, which is what I look for in a go to Filipino place to satisfy cravings of foods I am capable of getting at stores to cook at home, but just want to grab and eat. Although the menu has so many combos of the same items listed, when I asked for a variation of one of the combos, the young lady on the phone taking my order couldn’t veer from the choices along with me. I prefer when people know their stuff and can work with me like, “sure I can substitute ‘this for that’ on this order!” If you want Goldilocks brand cakes, they have their famous mocha and ube rolls in the freezer, and some mango cake that I imagine would be good. I hope to order some party trays in the near future of Filipino spaghetti and BBQ sticks. Hope they continue to improve their customer service and retain their place in this community."
